"So you want me to do what?!" Chenle smacked his hands on the booth across from Mark. A full day had passed. Mark waited for Tuesday to come along so that he could meet Chenle at the café while his boyfriend danced up a storm. He didn't want Donghyuck to be a part of what he planned to do with Chenle. He told Chenle everything; about what Doyoung was doing to his boyfriend, and how he may be influencing Jeno to sabotage everything. He just needed Chenle to agree to do the plan with him.

"I know it sounds a little risky but... I need you to help me," Mark said carefully.

"So you're telling me that Jeno could be helping this guy? I can't believe this... Hyuck is such a good person. Ugh, if I was in his shoes I would have beaten this Doyoung guy to a pulp already. Are you sure Jeno is a part of this, though?"

"Yes. I just want a confession from him. And since he trusts you a little more, maybe you can get it out of him."

Chenle blinked a few times to process it. He sucked his teeth angrily as he thought about his friend being tormented. "You know, I've always been there for Jeno. I knew him a little longer before I met you and Hyuck, and we'd always support each other through tough times. I consider him my family... I even set him straight once. I let him inside of my house! And the fact that he could be doing this? Ugh. I might have to beat his ass too."

Mark nodded, but felt like Chenle was being extreme. "I feel you. But I really just want to scare him into telling the truth. Because at the same time... Doyoung could be threatening him."

"If Jeno isn't so bad then how the fuck did Johnny go into a coma instead of both?!" Chenle cried. He got up from his seat and paced back and forth around the table. People were eyeing him for being so loud, but when they caught his menacing gaze, they immediately glanced away with fear that he might splash their hot coffee on them. Mark thought that Chenle was cute and charming at first glance, but he sure had a short temper. The orange-haired male was a literal ticking time bomb.

"I'm just as pissed as you are. But we can't do anything without evidence." Mark tried to reason.

"Alright. Fine. I'll ask for your permission." Chenle said, rolling his eyes. Then, he came right up to Mark, pulling his arm to cue for him to get up. "Let's go." Chenle said.

"Wait, right now?"

"Yup. I don't give a shit. He's going to have one hell of a surprise." Chenle was ready for action. He dragged an uncertain Mark across the café and out into the courtyard. But Chenle paused, asking for directions to the dorms again, for it had been a while since he'd been on campus.

When they got to the building Mark put in the pin and they went inside. They were hit with a waft of toasty air which felt nicer than the freezing cold they had to endure walking in. They took the elevator up five stories high, passing the floor which Mark and his boyfriend lived. They got out and marched away until they found Jeno's apartment number.

"Here we are." Mark said. For some reason his heart raced, and his hands trembled a bit. He hoped it was just the coffee getting him anxious. He wasn't afraid of confrontation, but he did fear something happening to Donghyuck if things escalate. Chenle glanced at him before knocking, and then gave him some pats on his back. "Hey, it's okay. We're gonna get to the bottom of this. I'll even do most of the talking. Would you like that?" Chenle asked.

Mark nodded, staring at those orange curls as a distraction.

"Okay. Move to the side so he doesn't see you." Chenle smiled and let Mark move away from the door. Chenle took a breath and roughly knocked on the door five times.

It didn't take long for Jeno to open it. When he did, he became thunderstruck at the sudden sight of his energetic friend. The wound on his forehead was already healed up but the red scar hid under his bangs. "Chenle? Hey! What are you doing here?"
