Izzy sat beside Micheal, he was sleeping on the couch. His head in her lap as he slept soundly. She was to keep a close eye on him when he slept, he had a concussion and a few fractured ribs. He also managed to fracture his arm.

The door opened and her mom came in quietly with the kids. "Mommy!" Koda yelled as Izzy hushed her. Her mom looked over seeing Hardy asleep. His face swollen, he didn't wake due to the strong morphine the doctors gave him.

"What happened?" Her mom asked as Ki-Cole came in behind them.

"He had an accident last night, he'll be okay, he needs rest" Isabella told her mom as Cole's face fell.

"Damn" he mumbled walking around to see his face better.

"He's okay buddy he's just sleeping heavy" she smiled as he sat beside her. She pulled him in kissing his head.

"Are you guys getting back together?" He asked her. She frowned.

"No buddy, he just needed help" she said sadly.

"I can take the little ones for a few more days" her mom offered as she smiled to Koda. "You wanna stay with mamaw and papaw for a few more days?"

"Yes yes yes!" Koda said happily as Ki-Cole looked up.

"Can I stay here, please?"

"Of course you can Ki, this is your home" Izzy chuckled as she slipped away from hardy. Replacing her legs with a cushion.

She helped her mom pack things for the twins and Koda and kissed her daughter as she helped her mom to the car. "Is he going to be okay? That looked sore" her mom questioned.

"I hope so, he's so lost" Iz sighed back as she mom hugged her.

"You listen to your heart for once in your life. That man may have broke your heart Iz but he loves you, and your fooling no one by pushing him away" her mom told her.

"I just can't get passed it mom. It hurt too much" she whispered.

"Then you best tell him straight how you feel, because false hope isn't good for anyones head" her momma smiled sadly. She kissed Izzy's head and got in the car. Rolling the window down.

"I'll call you when he wakes up. Hell want to see the kids" Izzy sighed.

"I love you darling, be safe" her mom said as she drove off. Izzy went back to the house. Her heart melting when she saw that Ki-Cole with his dads head in his small lap. He was stroaking Hardys hair gently.

"I love you dad" Cole said as Izzy crept in.

"Love you too son" Micheal croaked out as she stopped. It was the most cute thing she'd ever seen in her life. She loved Micheal more than anything and the cheating was far from her mind right now as she walked around the couch and sat beside her boys.

"I'm hungry" Cole mumbled.

"Pizza?" Iz asked, Cole's face lit up. He nodded happily as she went to get her phone.

Micheal sat uncomfortably with his guitar on his lap playing random songs. He had sort of fallen out of love with music but he always loved playing. Izzy sat crossed legged on the floor playing cards with Cole as she sipped on her wine.

He started playing the familiar chords making Izzy giggle. "Heart on the run, keeps a hand by the gun" she sang as she stood up pulling Cole with her. She smiled down at him, he was his daddy's son alright. He had her cute button nose and that was about it.

"Dance with your mama" she asked as he smiled and nodded. She swayed with him as Hardy sang their song. She loved this song.

Hardy smiled watching his oldest son and wife dance around playfully.
