Chapter 12: Looking around the City

In May, 1st week. Starting at the beautiful scenery outside, and the people in the surroundings, I can help but sigh in appreciation.

It's been so long. It has taken weeks before I was granted permission to go outside of the Chun Family's new home. At first, it was only Song Eun Ae who was worried about me going outside the house. But eventually, Chun Yong-Bae has agreed with her decision probably for reasons of his own. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere at home, both his mother and father didn't permit me to go outside the house.

It came with reasons — You aren't still feeling well, it wasn't safe outside, learn to speak English properly first, read some cultural manners, etc.

Truthfully, I wasn't feel bothered by their decision not to permit me to stay outside for weeks. It was also quite beneficial to just stay inside their house. I can browse the internet and read online articles to read more things about this world and to confirm my knowledge that came from the story of the novel itself.

Staying at the house, managed to manage to confirm many things.

It was with absolute certainty that I am indeed transmigrated into the world of the novel [ Perfect Ending Gamer ]

Although I said that I have no plan with getting involved with the protagonist Byun Chan-Woo, it wasn't bad to know the things that were happening around him.

At this time, I have confirmed that Volume 1 of the story is happening now thanks to both my knowledge of the novel and the ever-helpful Internet. Even it is weird to learn that most technology in this world is powered by stuff and things that were related to dungeons.

Around the first week of April was the start of the class schedule in the Samjoko Academy. So now that it was the month of May, the academy and students matter are started to get moving.

The protagonist is already studying in the Samjoko Academy while at that time, I was stuck under house arrest.

Some people may ask why I am not studying. The answer was simple.

Different Class Schedules.

Just like in my past life, some countries may have different class schedules from most other schools.

In this world, orient countries like Japan, Korea, and China happened to start classes in April.

In Europe, the Class Schedule starts in the first week of September.

Now that May has started, there are still 4 months and a few weeks before the 1st week of September. And the Academy that I would attend was already planned by my... Parents.

For the past weeks, I have started calling them by that despite feeling uncomfortable. I have gotten used to it and I am certain that I wouldn't make any accidents or mistakes by addressing them in the wrong way.

Speaking of earlier, since we are living in Wales. There are only a few academies that cater to aspiring hunters.

The best hunter academy in Wales is the Academy of Mabinogion. The academy that my parents have decided where I would go to study. Despite being the best school in Wales, not many people are willing to study at the Mabinogion Academy. The reason for it was simple. It just happened to be an all-boys school that sucks for male teenagers who were dreaming of youthful life and filled with hormones.

In that Academy, it was impossible to find a girlfriend which make them avoid the academy.

For me, it was also unpleasant but it wasn't unbearable. It has also the benefits of being a completely unknown location that wasn't mentioned in the novel and there wasn't mention of any people in this place from this school.

In the future, there would be an arc in the story that would be dedicated to a world competition about each country's promising young team of hunters. Team Round Table which was from the UK would win 2nd place in the world competition while the Mythic Ravens of the Samjoko Academy with the protagonist would end up as the winner.

A first-time win for the academy which always ends up as the 2nd place since the young hunter's competition has started. A glorious moment for the students of the Samjoko Academy with the protagonist as the MVP of the team.

Within the team Round Table, no one was from the Academy of Mabinogion. Away from the spotlight— It was a favorable thing for me. I don't need to worry about the named people and worrying about affecting them.

A wonderful opportunity to live as I please. And I'm certain that I wouldn't also encounter some people that I was wary of because it was a no-name academy in the novel.

Being allowed to wander around and think of my beautiful life at the academy, I was in a good mood. I wasn't also worried about the entrance exam for the Mabinogion Academy which would happen in July.

Walking around Cardiff Wales while enjoying the scenery and buying snacks sometimes, I couldn't help but notice that some people are staring at me which was natural and unavoidable.

I was a foreigner so it was a normal thing.

Eventually, while going around, I happen to come across in an interesting place.

Of course, since I was interested in this place, I entered the establishment.

" Welcome customer, you are free to look around and buy what may your eye beholding you! "

The owner of this place appears to be a woman with a decent appearance. But I entered on this place not planning to be her customer.

Looking around, her establishment are full of trinkets like an antique store.

" I'm not here to buy something here. "

The woman frowned when she heard that but she pointed outside of the shop and I nodded my head.

" You're here looking for a job? "

Before I entered the establishment, I happen to notice a poster sticking on the walls of the establishment outside.  The owner was looking for someone who can manage her shop while she was busy with something.

It was a perfect opportunity to me to earn money. Even it is a little.

Unfortunately for me, there was a rule in this place that C to F level underage potential hunters aren't allowed to enter dungeons when they haven't still been trained at a hunter academy. Entering a dungeon would make me earn more money, but it was unfortunate that since I'm not still a student in a hunter academy, I can't go inside the dungeon and kill monsters.
