Third person's point of view.

Chris sat next to Mariko on the bullet train, while Logan sat two seats back and on the left side. Mariko was next to the window while Chris took the aisle seat. Chris was speaking to Mariko lowly in Japanese about where they could go for hiding, when Logan nudged Chris. He didn't say anything but he did nod towards the back of the train and she saw what he'd seen. He tried to get up but she shot him a look.

"Stay with her, old man," she said then turned to Mariko when he stared at her in disbelief at her comment on his age. "I need to deal with something, try not to loose Logan, okay." she said and Mariko looked at Logan and seemed to ponder what Chris had asked of her. And as far as Mariko could figure, she trusts Chris a lot more than Logan and so agreed to stay with the man while Chris went to deal with something, Chris handed Mariko her hat,

Before getting up and moving by Logan he caught her wrist, "Be careful, there are a lot of them." he warned and she nodded. "Just catch your breath ya old fart," she said then moved down the train towards the obvious Yakuza thugs. She would keep her teleportation to a minimum because there are a lot of people. So she readied herself for the men that ran at her. Her weapons would cause damage to the train,

And so would teleporting, so she would need to use hand-to-hand against them. When they'd come at her with guns she'd knock them away and incapacitate the gunman. Using Knives when guns didn't work, she was able to do the same thing unarm the attacker and maim them a bit to encourage them into fleeing. There were so many of them that she could even hear them on the roof of the train.

She wondered how they were able to even move on the train without falling off or being blown off by the wind and speed of the train. Finished with what was in the train she used her powers to get on the train. She used it once to see where all the yakuza guys are then a second time to get a head of all of them. When she was at the front of them all, she drew her blades and an idea came to her.

Looking down at the men crawling toward her. She used her ability to change what distance she could see at, and fixated on the closest of the men. Using the wind to her advantage she released her grip on the train and sailed towards the men, her blades cut them off the train. She wasn't able to get all of them but she got a lot of them off the train. When she saw some of them press down into the train roof,

She knew a tunnel was coming. Knowing that even she wouldn't fit flatly, she timed her teleportation. When she saw the nose of the train poke out the other end of the train she teleported. She landed there on her stomach and looked back once she had a good grip. She was instantly pleased to see than there were no more yakuza guys on the train. Smirking she teleported back into the train,

She stumbled a bit because teleporting into a moving vehicle is a bit trickier. A young woman was partially startled by her sudden arrival, but when Chris stumbled, the girl reached out and caught her elbow. The woman tried to ask if she was okay in as much English as she could manage; Chris appreciated the gesture and responded in her perfect Japanese. Telling the woman that she was okay and thanked her.

Walking back to Mariko and Logan, she patted the man's head as she passed and plopped herself back into her seat from earlier. "Piece of cake," she said and Mariko instantly latched onto Chris and pressed her face into her shoulder. Patting her shoulder, "Did you take good care of my hat?" She asked to lighten the mood, the young woman picking up the hat from the empty seat by the window she turned to Chris.

Chris smiled and put the hat on. "Thanks," she said and tipped it down over her eyes, "wake me when it's time to get off." She said and Mariko nodded. She leaned her head on Chris' shoulder and gazed out the window. Logan leaning towards Chris patted her shoulder, "good work kiddo," he said knowing she wasn't asleep yet. Tilting her head, she peeked at him out from under the rim of her hat.

"Your just jealous you can fight like I can," she teased, he chuckled and nodded before leaning back and relaxing as much as his wounds would allow.
