Hospital beds.

Pale blue hospital gowns.

White bandages.

"Did you sleep well, Izuku?" Todoroki asked, gently opening the curtain that separated them from Iida and Kirishima. The hospital they were staying in had many occupied rooms, due to the chaos of the previous night and all of the havoc the Nomu's caused. Therefore, Izuku, Iida, Kirishima, and Todoroki, having known each other and being a part of the Stain incident, were placed in the same hospital room. Some nurses came in beforehand to put up a curtain in the middle of the room, between The Omegas beds and the Alphas. It was supposed to be one of subtle privacy.

"Not really," Izuku mumbled, rubbing his eyes and sitting up in his bed. He wasn't beneath his covers and was right next to the window. His arms and leg were wrapped with bandages.

"I figured," Todoroki sighed, stepping away from the open curtain and sitting back on his bed across from him.

"Me either."

"Looking back on our fight," Izuku said, looking up,

"we did something pretty amazing. It's a miracle we're even alive."

"Yeah." Todoroki nodded.

"Hey, guys! We're back! Did we miss anything fun?" Kirishima asked as he entered the room, the Alphas and Omegas having been put on different schedules for checkups to ensure privacy and such.

"Unless you mean us boring ourselves to death, then no," Todoroki answered blandly, Kirishima merely chuckling awkwardly in return.

The room's door suddenly opened.

"Oh, about time you lazy degenerates woke up." Gran Torino grumbled.

"Gran Torino!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"'Manual." Iida faltered, seeing the hero he was interning with behind the retired elder.

"Mirko!" Izuku cheered, truly the only one happy to see the Pro they interned with. While Mirko smiled at the boy, the woman also being the only one who wasn't cross with the children.

"Idiot," Gran Torino growled, stomping up to Kirishima.

"Ah!" He shrieked, ducking back a bit from the old man's hand that went to smack his head.

"I could yell at you for hours, you know!" he scolded the younger Alpha.

"I know, I'm sorry sir," Kirishima whined, rubbing the back of his neck.

"But before I do, you three zygotes have a visitor" he interjected, turning around, a tall person walked in. He had the head and limbs of a dog but walked tall like a human. He wore a suit with a formal tie and looked at the three kids.

"This is Hosu's chief of police," Gran Torino introduced.

"Kenji Tsuragamae."

(Tsuragamae?) Izuku thought, remembering the name vaguely.

Todoroki and Iida stood. They were able to do so, as their legs were uninjured; Their arms were the wounded parts. Izuku and Kirishima tried to do the same with great effort, though both had an injured leg, causing the action to be difficult.

"No, please," The dog-man woofed, waving the two off.

"Stay seated, I would want you both to strain yourselves, Woof."

(Woof?!)

"So, you're the UA students that brought down the UA killer, huh?" he asked.

"We are," Todoroki responded, not sure as to why the police chief came all this way to see them.
