He then turned to his left, to a person sitting at the bar. "I figured it out now. Stain and those class 1-A brats only annoy me because they reek of that stupid All Might. I'll show that idiot hero that he's not unbeatable." Shigaraki grinned to himself as he got up from his barstool, walking to the door. He opened it, went through it, and closed it without a word. Kurogiri watched him leave then looked down at the spare photograph they had of a certain greenette.
"Izuku Midoriya, currently Izuku Yamada." He murmured.
"Quirkless until age 10 when he suddenly manifested a quirk and grew in his power until he ended up in the Top 8 of the world-famous sports festival. He also fought Stain with three friends of his, hm? The man deemed him worthy somehow of being a hero, allowing him to live when he had every chance to slit his throat." Kurogiri said to the staticky tv, while the man on the other side merely chuckled darkly.
This will certainly be an interesting endeavor.
