2. Arranged Marriage

Weeks had turned into months, and Jungkook was no longer the same person. He despises Hanuel. He now despises the word "like" and anything associated with the concept of love.

He didn't feel any attraction or desire to date Hanuel when they first met, but the younger boy pursued him and was constantly following him, so he decided to give him a chance. Eventually, he grew to like him just to experience heartbreak.

Because he doesn't want to live in the flat where his ex used to visit and hang out with him, Jungkook moved back in with his parents. He lists that flat for sale since he despises it.

Jungkook was evolving into a heartless, workaholic person day by day. He doesn't care about himself and merely works. His daily schedule of work, work, and more work had an impact on his health.

The status of their youngest son saddens the Jeon family. Their once-jovial son turns into a workaholic who neglects his health and is cold-hearted. Mrs. Jeon makes an effort to look after her son, but he always keeps himself busy with work or isolates himself in his room, which breaks the old lady's heart.

The elderly couple always supported and granted their son's wishes. They always showed him unwavering affection, and it broke their hearts to see their son's condition deteriorate. They didn't raise Jungkook to see him in these condition........

The old lady sighed seating besides her husband after returning from her son room. She's feeling extremely sad.

"Did he eat his food?" Mr. Jeon asks his wife softly while placing his arm on her shoulder. Mrs. Jeon shooked her head after hearing her husband question.

"He refused to eat and when I insisted more. He locked himself up in his room saying he needs to work on new project." Mrs. Jeon says as tear rolled down from her cheeks after remembering her son's image, whose face become pale and body becomes thin because of skipping food.

"Please do something, honey. I can't see our son like these." Mrs. Jeon cried out too her husband and oldest Jeon quickly hugged his wife, and let her cry on his shoulder.

The man was sad too seeing his son like these. He kept pondering, trying to find any solution so their son will become normal again. A greatful idea comes across his mind and he broke the hug with his wife and smile at her.

"Darling, I have an idea to changed our Jungkook to his old self." Mr. Jeon said smiling to her. Mrs. Jeon quickly wipes her tears away and give her soul focus to her husband.

"What is it?" Mrs. Jeon asks eagerly. She can do anything to see the smile back on her son face.

"Let's get our son married to someone. Having a partner, he'll get distracted from work and maybe he'll found someone to love. Someone, who'll take care of our son and love him. Having break up with Hanuel was shocking for Jungkook since that was his first relationship but if he finds someone else now, he may be changed to his old self and make him believe in word 'love'." Mr. Jeon says looking at his lovely wife, who's looks at her husband with wide eyes.

"Do you think marriage in an option. He had his first break up with some cheater boy and you want to tie him up with someone. His first relationship was somehow forced and now you want to force him into another relationship? What he'll get by marrying someone? What that's person will like that boy." Mrs. Jeon says, not convinced by her husband idea. She's against the idea of marriage.

"I know darling, our son had first break up and putting him in another relationship is not good idea. But as I know our son, he'll not try to find someone else again. He would love to spend his live without any partner like he used to do before meeting Hanuel. And I think once he'll get married, he'll start loving his partner. In this state our son, he need someone to lean in, someone to love him whose not his parents and I think his live partner will be a better option." Mr. Jeon says, trying to convince his wife, who seems in deep thoughts, probably debating should she go with this an idea or not.

"Okay, But Jungkook will agree with marrying someone? And do you anyone in your mind to become our son future partner?" Mrs. Jeon asks her husband, thinking if her husband anyone whose eligible for their son.

"I don't know but I'll talk to him and I have a boy in my mind and his name is Park Jimin." Mr. Jeon says and his wife gasp hearing her soon to be son-in-law name.

"Jiminie, Park Jimin. Your bestfriend's son. They had returned from America? Have you talked to them? Oh god! Jiminie must be grown into beautiful and handsome boy by now." Mrs. Jeon says excited. She had seen Jimin when the boy was only five years old.

"Yeah, they had returned to korea few months ago and my bestfriend suggested me to convert our friendship to relationship." Mr. Jeon said with happy smile and his wife quickly hugged him. She's feeling so happy, she believes Jimin will bring happiness in her son's life.
