We were all currently on the beach, just hanging out.

"Hey Adten?" Luke said, wrapping an arm around my shoulder.

"What is it Lucas, dear?" I turn to face him, the electrifying ocean blue eyes I always get lost in, meeting my green ones.

He smiles sadly. "I'll really miss you, Ad."

I look at my hands. This was the day I was dreading. They were going on their ROWYSO tour soon, so they were scheduled to leave in two days.

"I will too Luke." I frown. "Everything just went too fast."

He tucks a strand of stray hair behind my ear. "Hey, it's okay. We'll be fine, okay?"

I sniff and nod. "Okay."

His mouth begins to form into a smirk. "Maybe 'okay' will be ou—"

"Lucas, don't you DARE go quoting The Fault in Our Stars to me again." I point a finger to his chest and his raises his hands up in surrender.

"But seriously, promise me." I say holding up a pinkie.

"Promise you what?"

"That we'll be okay. Even when you wouldn't be here. Promise?"

He smiles and interlocks our pinkies together, before quickly giving me a peck on the lips and me burrying my head in the crook of his neck, savoring the smell of mint that I've come to love.

Today. They were leaving today. In exactly 4 hours, they we're leaving, and they would be gone for months.

"You have everything you need?" I ask as we pull away from Luke's home here. They had a concert here the night before, and now they were leaving.

"Yeah." he says, intertwining our fingers together. I felt like I would break down any moment, but I had to be strong.

"Addie, are you sure you don't want to come? You're always welcome to come you know. Me and the boys - well, Ad... I need you" Luke says.

I breath in trying not to let my stupid tears escape.

"Luke, I... I wish I could, I really do. But... I want to go to college and all that. I really wish I could Luke. I love you, and you know that." I cup his cheek with my hand.

"I'll really really miss you." Luke whispers, sending shivers through my body.

I smile sadly at him and give him a kiss on the cheek.

We spend the entire ride in silence. We all head to the airport entrance, my hand never leaving Luke's.

About a hundred screaming fans swarm towards them, and they stop to take a few pictures with them.
