C H A P T E R T H R E E

•Addison•

I wake up, yawning and rubbing my eyes. Ugh another frigging day of school.

I take a quick shower then put on a random shirt,jeans and my sneakers. I take one last look at the mirror and see my tangled up hair and groan.

I put a beanie on my head. I'm too lazy to fix my hair, so why not hide it?

I walk to the kitchen and grab a strip of bacon.

I wave goodbye to my mom and run outside and see that Nat is already in her car, waiting.

"Finally! What took you so long slow poke?" she teases me and I roll my eyes and get in her car.

"What did you do last night anyways? I texted you like a gazillion times," she exaggerates.

"Oh sorry. I was hanging out with luke. We played fifa," I say.

"uh huh..." she wiggles her eyebrows and I blush and roll my eyes. What the heck? "God you are so lucky," she sighs and I roll my eyes again. Weirdo.

We head to school and go to our separate classes. I sit down on my chair and a few minutes later, the blue eyed boy comes.

"Hey adten!" he says happily as he sits beside me.

I groan and mentally facepalm. Seriously? I guess this is what I get for telling him. "You're really annoying lukey, you know that?" I joke.

He laughs and puts his hand on his chest. "I am hurt, Addie." I smile and roll my eyes and class starts. During a boring discussion about the brain or something like that, we start taking notes. The whole day continues with all the very interesting (note the sarcasm) classes until lunch comes.

Me and Nat sit on our usual table. She talks about her favorite 5sos song as I twirl my spaghetti around with my fork.

Luke sits on the seat across me and smiles.

"Hey fifa buddy!"

"Hey little penguin!" I say as he laughs.

Natasha squeals and runs to luke. "Oh my gosh! Huge fan of yours! Love you guys so so so much! You guys are awesome and I can't believe you're actually here! Ahhh!!!!"

Luke chuckles. "I'm glad you uh.. like us then!"

I laugh. "Um, Luke, this is my best friend, Natasha. Well, she kinda loves you guys, as you can see.."

She nods frantically. She sits down and throws Luke hundreds of questions.

"Luke!" A voice calls out. I look at the direction from where the voice came from and see a black haired boy with blonde highlights walking towards us. "Hey man!" the guy pats Luke's back.

"Hey Calum!" Luke says. Wait. Calum. I slowly turn my head towards Naty whose eyes are as wide as tennis balls.

Here we go again...

"CALUM HOOD! Oh my gosh! It's you! I just love you so much! You are the best bass guitarist in the whole world! And oh my gosh! You're here, like right now!" she jumps up and down. Calum laughs and smiles and begins to talk to Natasha who looked like she would faint any minute.

Luke and I look at each other and randomly burst into laughter.

"Omg are you going to school here too?!" Naty asks Calum.

"Nope. Actually, me and the other boys came here to 'support' Luke. We kinda have nothing to do with our awesome missing member so.." he smiles.

Natasha squeals for the hundredth time today. "The other boys are here too?!" Calum nods, smiling. "We actually just arrived here today. The rest of them are napping now. Lazy potatoes.." Calum says rolling his eyes.

Then a couple of girls look at our direction and their eyes widen. They run towards Calum and luke, and yeah, you know what happens next.

"You guys want to meet the other guys?" Luke says when the girls finally go away.

Naty nods so fast that it looked like her head was going to fall off.

"Well, um..maybe next time. I need to study tonight." I say

"Aw, don't be a nerd Addie! It's only like the first week of school, plus this is going to be awesome! This is 5sauce we're talking about here! Please?" she pouts and I smile. "Ok fine." she jumps up and down.

Calum and luke get into their own conversation about who knows what. Probably video games or something.

Luke hits Calum on the head and says bye to him and we head to class.

"Is this where you guys are staying?" Naty asks Luke excitedly as we enter a two story house.

He nods. "Yep!"

We enter the house. Luke sits on a couch in front of the tv. I hear footsteps rushing down the stairs. Three boys run towards Luke and dog pile up on him. "Ow!" Luke groans.

"Luke! I missed you man!' a guy with red hair says.

"What? I totally missed him more!" a guy with curly hair and huge cute dimples says, putting a hand on his chest.

"Ok, alright!" Luke says. At least I think that was what he was trying to say. His face is pushed against the coach's cushion so it kind of came out as 'uk ayayrite'. They get off him and pat luke's back. "Guys, it's been only a week."

"Still! We miss our penguin" the colored hair guy says.

Natasha hits my shoulder and jumps like a little girl. "I'm in the same room with all of the 5sauce guys! This is awesomely insane!"

The boys look at us, just noticing we were here.

"Hey there! I'm Ashton," cute dimple guy says with a huge smile.

"Michael, but you can call me Mikey, Mike-ro-wave, or Pizza Man, whatever you want" the guy with flamming red hair says flailing his arms.

Luke stands up. "Guys this is Addison and Natasha."

Before I can say anything, Natasha runs towards them and pulls each one of them in a hug. "I love you guys so much!" she says.

"Aw, thanks Natasha" Michael smiles.

I just stand there awkwardly and wave my hand. They wave back with huge smiles on their faces. "Hey Addie!"

"Do you guys play video games?" Michael asks. Naty shakes her head while I nod.

"Well Nat, we can teach you then!" Ashton says happily. "Addie what kind of games do you play?"

"Um, well... I like to play every kind of game basically." I smile.

"Just don't play fifa with her though, she'll bury you alive." Luke mutters.

Michael raises his eyebrows at me. "Oh yeah? I bet I can beat you." he says proudly. The rest of the boys nod and I roll my eyes.

"You sure about that?" I ask, laughing.

"Yeah. In fact if you beat all four of us, then we'll all go to school tomorrow, uh, shouting 'Addison is the awesomest person in the world'."

"Awesomest isn't even a word," I laugh. "Fine. Deal." I say. We run upstairs to what i think is probably luke's room. On the walls are tons of posters of bands. Green Day, All Time Low, Good Charlotte, Nirvana, Blink182, you get the idea.

They hand me a controller and I sit in between Luke and Ashton of the carpeted floor.
