We start this chapter of the story with Y/n and Raphtalia who could be seen sleeping in their own beds on the opposite ends of the room while a bed located in between them was currently empty until a voice spoke up in a whispered urgency
Naomi: "Y/n, Raphtalia, wake up!"
The two were slowly roused from their slumber, with Y/n sitting up in his bed with a yawn while Raphtalia simply opened her eyes and looked in the direction of the voice to see Naomi and Uzaki standing before the small table located next to the door.
Seeing them there, Raphtalia and Y/n got out of their beds and joined the other two as they saw the egg was slowly hatching, eventually breaking apart as a small, pink chick burst free with excitement, much to the surprise and shock of Naomi and Raphtalia

The small bird then flew from the remains of it's egg and landed atop Naomi's head, making happy noises as it sat there while Y/n and Uzaki were chuckling at the sight
Raphtalia: "It's so cute, Mistress Naomi! It must think you're it's mother!"
Y/n: "Oh that is just adorable!"
The look on Naomi's face was one of slight annoyance as she listened to them speaking
Naomi: "Yeah, Imprinting, huh?"
Raphtalia: "We need to think of a good name for it!"
Naomi: "Oh boy"
What happened next was a small montage of the next two days passing by while Naomi and her party did small jobs around the village in order to help repair the damage that was sustained in the wave in addition to their usual training. All the while, the small bird was slowly getting bigger and bigger until it was big enough for Naomi to ride like a horse and learned the hard way that she was incredibly fast. The feathers now a pearl white color before the montage came to an end with them inside a stable with the bird safely placed in one of the stalls
