~A new beginning~ pixie and Brutus

You hear what you think Is the front door opening and look at the door, seeing Brutus and his master walk inside.

Brutus had a typical green harness on him, making his chest pop and make his muscles flex with little movement.

You two made eye contact and you look away, already starting to blush, you hear footsteps going to the couch, and Brutus lays down on the couch and looks at you.

Your ears are slightly down and your tail is slightly tucked, your body was away from him which made him come to the conclusion you are nervous.

'What is she nervous about?' he thought and brush it off and lay his head on your back, his nose pressed on the crook of your neck, and sighed, relieved to be back from home, back to you.

You lay your head down and close your eyes and let the darkness of slumber take you, but before you were fully asleep you heard Brutus whisper.

"Sweet Dreams love"

You woke up somewhere around the evening and you yawned and came down the couch, or well try to.

Brutus had half of his weight on top of you and one paw on your back effectively pinning you down, and to make it worse the kitten was sleeping on your lower back making it impossible to get out unless you want to wake up Brutus and pixie.

You just sigh and lay your head back down and snuggle closer to Brutus, making sure that you don't wake him up.

'This isn't too bad'

You thought and close your eyes to try to get some extra sleep.

That is until you hear shuffling next to you and you try your best to seem like your sleeping. He seemed to buy it since he got down from the couch and you listened to his footsteps walking away from you and to somewhere else, what you think is the kitchen.

You fake sleep for a bit longer until you feel something nudging at your mug and you open your half lited eyes to see a warm Brown of Brutus. You two stay like that for a few seconds before he looks away, ears slightly back, and takes a step back before speaking.

"I- um... you need to get up, master will be trying to take us out for a walk to see if you are leash trained," he says slightly nervous (which is rear) before looking at you "we are going to meet a new dog I think, anyway master is out for a bit checking on what harness to get you so that you don't get choked on the walk," he said the last part jokingly and you smile at that and offer him a nod in return.

"What time is-" you look back at the half-sleep kitten, slightly startled that you yelp in surprise, Brutus looking at you in amusement after all, you are a deadly wolf so why did you get startled by a kitten?.

After yawning she shakes her head and looks at you before asking.

"What time is it?"

You were gonna say something before Brutus beets you to it.

"It's noon more specifically 5:30 pm-" he says looking at Pixie before looking back at you "so you should eat, your food is in the kitchen" you nod loving the way Brutus talks his voice sweet like honey and then you get down from the couch and you stretch before continuing to the kitchen.

You walk to the kitchen and see your boul, seeing that instead of getting cow meet you got lam and fish since you are still from the wild and hate dog food.

Your master praised you for not tugging on the leash and not trying to attack anyone on the walk.
