We don't talk about these two enough and that's a crime

It was an easy start for them. Julieta was just happy that her sister was happy and Félix is such a gentleman that wanted to be on good terms with all the family.

But that doesn't mean they became best friends right away.

She was actually the last one he managed to conquer with his charm.

Julieta was always the quiet and calm one, and Félix made it his mission to get her to open up to him.

He asked her to teach him to cook, to which she agreed a little reluctant, thinking he was only trying to impress the family.

But he actually wanted to learn and ended up being an amazing chef, much to her surprise.

Félix kept making silly comments and innocent jokes that made Julieta laugh like she never did and it actually helped her to relax.

They became good friends after that.

They're each other's go-to person when stress is too much.

Julieta's warm aura always helps him calm down and he always makes her laugh and forget her problems for a moment.

Félix teaches her how to dance!

Julieta got pretty good over time, but she doesn't really like dancing in public.

Still, she always saves a dance for him, because she knows that no matter what she does, Felix will inevitably coax her onto the dance floor.

They both like it when she plays hard to get though, it's like a little game for them.

Sometimes, when she's too busy in the kitchen while there's a party, Félix keeps her company or helps her cook. No need for healing food, so he can be useful and she doesn't have to stress herself out.

They usually end up playing and joking around, tho.

If she doesn't want to dance back at the party, he'll dance with her at the kitchen so she gets some fun too.

They learned to read each other.

She always knows when he has a long day and makes sure to make one of his favorite dishes.

When he senses that she is on the verge of collapsing from exhaustion, he comes home early to cook dinner and let her rest.

They spend hours talking while Félix prepares the food and Julieta sits at the table, eating some dessert or ice cream that he brought her from town.

Félix likes to go with her to the market to buy groceries and never lets her carry the basket. No matter how heavy it is, he can carry it, he's a gentleman.

Julieta just smiles and rolls her eyes and grabs things from the basket when he's not paying attention to lighten the load.

Wine buddies!

Sometimes life is just too much and they both meet in the kitchen at midnight, sharing a glass of wine as they vent with each other.

They are both good listeners and always know how to advise the other.

Midnight cooking.

Sometimes they make cakes, cookies or something else. They don't need to talk, they know each other well enough to move in sync without saying anything.

They play chess and checkers together. Julieta taught him and accidentally created her biggest rival.

They are both quite chill with others, but when it comes to competing against each other, they do it to death. No mercy or white flag.

He always lets her win tho. She knows it and pays him with some dessert or special lunch for his day.

They go fruit picking together.

Sometimes they meet in the middle of the town after having finished their chores and they take a walk together or go feed the ducks.

They went to a paint-your-own-pottery studio together once and made cups for each other. Julieta doesn't let anyone else use those, they're only for the two of them.

They're both the "mature" ones on their respective sides of the family and sometimes they need to reconnect with their inner child, so they finger paint together or draw at the table while joking around with each other.

They visit the library together and pick out a book for each other, sometimes they take Dolores with them.

They are usually the last to go to bed, so for the good of both, and using their need to beat the other, they compete to see who can go to bed first. They need to sleep, for God's sake.

They protect each other.

Félix is very protective of all the women in his family and that includes Julieta, so if he ever catches someone disrespecting her or harassing her, he'll unleash hell.

Julieta has an evil vein in her and only Félix knows about it.

If she finds out someone hurt or insulted him, she'll make them live a hell and no one will ever suspect it was her.

Only Félix knows and thanks her, asking her to remind him to never get in her bad side.

Inner jokes. That's all. Only they know what they're talking about and sometimes they don't even need words, they can giggle just looking at the other.

They're each other's confidents and they'll take their secrets to the grave.

Félix likes carpentry and several of Julieta's kitchen utensils were made by him.

In addition to cooking, Julieta is excellent at sewing and is always in charge of repairing the family's clothes, especially Felix's shirts and pants and Luisa's skirts.

Julieta always fears getting injured and when she does, she tries to heal herself as soon as possible because she knows that if he finds out, he'll never let her live with it.

They don't consider each other "in-laws".

They're close family and at the end of the day, they're always there for each other.
