"YES ma'am what do you need?" I assisted the women beside me when she called.
"Hi! can I have wine and steak?"
"Of course ma'am, your steak are gonna take for a while but here's your wine" I gave her my sweetest smile.
"Thank you" she said and smiled back "You're splendid"
"Thank you for the compliment ma'am and so are you, excuse me" I bowed a bit and look for other passengers.
"So what happened?" Laishe suddenly appeared on my side and I ignored her because of what she did.
"Hey I'm sorry for not telling you that I have a plan on setting you two up on a date" she hurriedly followed me.
"Here's your water sir" I continued to ignore her and assists the passengers.
"Drianna sorry" she spoke and used a sad tone and I decided to look at her.
"Are you really?" I eyed her and raised my brow.
"Yes yes" she said and smiled.
I sighed and pushed the cart with foods and stuffs.
"So tell me details,what happened? did you confessed? is there a spark? what?" she asked non-stop.
"Okay what happened, we just ate, did I confessed,no" lie
"You didn't why?" she stomped her feet on the ground lightly.
"Why should I?"
"Babe don't be afraid of rejection, look I'm not forcing but at least make yourself happy in love"
"I am happy"
"In your life yes, but in love? babe listen this is just a suggestion I know that you moved on from your assh*le ex but don't you think of having someone or a commitment again?" she said seriously, looking straitly in my eyes.
"Yes I moved on and do you think I'm now capable of getting in a relationship again?" I asked her cause I'm scared for my wrong decisions.
"Look you're a great woman, you're brave you're all adjective I can think and don't even question your worth in a relationship I suggest you to open your heart for someone you think are worthy maybe it's not bad trying right always remember taht I'm always at your back" she said sincerely and my heart melted at that.
"I'm glad to have you Lychee" I said and smiled genuinely.
"It's Laishe not lychee!" she angrily said and we laughed at that.
"Beautiful ladies, enough with your chit chat and get back to work" Liam suddenly spoke and appeared out of nowhere.
I also noticed that Laishe blushed, hmm I smell something fishy.
"Yeah yeah whatever" I said and pulled Laishe's hand cause she frozed on her place and I think I knew the reason.
"C'mon icy girl and move your feet" I said that made Laishe jumoed a bit and looked at me like I was some kind of different specie.
"CAPTAIN?" I knocked first before entering where Leighton is located.
"Yes Ms. Vanidestine?" he said and and faced me, there I met his eyes again I quickly looked away.
"Here's your lunch Captain" I gave him the packed lunch and smiled.
"Thank you, how about you did you eat already?" he said after accepting what I gave and our hands touched a bit that made my heart jumped.
"I am about to Captain" I lifted my gaze at him to found taht he's staring at me.
"Why don't you join me here, look I'm alone" he said and pouted like a kid, what the heck.
"Where's Captain Akida?" I asked cause I didn't saw him here, only Captain Leighton.
"Why are tou looking for him when you have me?" he muttered something but I didn't understand it.
"Huh?" I asked and and he shaked his head saying it's nothing.
At last I decided to text Laishe that I'm going to have my lunch with Leighton and she said it's okay, she even send me tips for newly in loved and I sighed at that.
"Thank you for accomponying me for lunch Ms. Validestine" he said then smiled and I'm really sure that the info about him being gay is jsut a rumor cause really he's not and I can tell that.
