i've wanted to be many things
an "animal doctor"
i used to say that.
then i said veterinarian.
i wanted to be a writer once.
then i moved on
and said i wanted
to deliver babies.
I wanted to be a surgeon
for the longest time
switching from
paediatric surgeon
to
orthopaedic surgeon
but now?
now i want to be a poet
more than anything.
poetry speaks to me
no, not speak.
it screams to me.
like, "hey! you're gonna be a poet!"
i'd like to consider myself a poet
but maybe i'm just
pouring my feelings out
for people to read
and maybe relate to it.
