Saving them

Asher's pov

Dad has been keeping an eye on Damion he keeps circling the house a few times a night but dad always stays til he leaves. But it all stops tonight I sent Logan the kids and Austin to mom's, in my car, where I know they will be safe and dad has a few officers sitting outside his house just incase.

Logan wanted to stay but it was too dangerous for her to be with us. Just the thought of what could happen if he got his hands on her made my blood boil.

I was sitting in a tree by the house waiting on him to arrive the lights were on in the house to make it look like we were home and unsuspicious of his presents, my dad and a few offiers were placed inside the house while some of them were hiding in trees and bushs like me.

We had all been stationed for about an hour incase he dicided to come early but so far he hadn't but we knew he would.

If Damion had been coming to the house everynight to watch us then we knew he would take this opportunity with my car gone he'll think I'm gone for the night and with one man out of the house it would leave Logan vulnerable and unable to fight him by herself.

ONE HOUR LATER

It was finally time for him to do his nightly stalking it was currently 9 o'clock and the inside team were starting to turn off the lights inside making it look like we were getting ready for bed but leaving the master bedroom light on.

My palms became sweaty and my anxity started to raise as I watched a black car with no lights on slowly make it's way up the driveway making little to no sound. I knew it was go time but I didn't move we needed him to go in the house before we could do anything to him.

I seen him step out of the car before going to his trunk and pulling out a bookbag filled with god knows what. The sight made me sit up a little my gun in hand ready for whatever may come.

The mere thought of what was possible in the bag made my anger rise but I knew I needed to wait til the signal was given no matter how much I wanted to end it now.

I watched him walk to the basement door he quickly opened it making no noise before pulling something out of his bag before going in. I looked in the living room window signaling to my dad he went in he sent me a signal back and I slowly climbed out of my hiding spot to get a better look.

Damion made his way towards Austin's door taking what he pulled out of his bag to block his door before walking to the stairs and quitely going up them. I quickly and quitely got completly off my tree along with the others and quickly made our way in the house.

When we made it to Austin's door I seen a small smoke bomd so that if Austin was to leave his room while Damion was still here it would warn him.

We made our way up the steps and the further up we went the more my anxity raised but it wasn't until we heard a shot being fire that we knew we needed to get up there to make sure everyone was okay.

Reaching the top floor we made our way in to the main area each of us breaking off and checking the bedrooms first when they came back clear we moved on to the kitchen and livingroom areas.

There on the ground was a groaning Damion with my dad and other officers on top of him as I look around I see that everyone was okay and no one was hurt however there was a bullet hole in the livingroom wall. "L is going to be pissed at you for shooting a hole in her wall Damion." I said with a growl.

"Good I'd love to tell her in person Ashy." he said with a smirk as my dad begun to pull him off the ground only to drop him back on the ground. This was going to be fun may be not for him but it would most diffently be for us.
