Currently, in the Western Holy Church of Ruberios, a meeting among the Ten Great Saints was commenced :
"The emergence of a new monster city in Jura forest" as the main topic of exchange.

Hinata : So Litus, let us begin with your reports...

Litus : Understood. As per the reports, a human hero seems to be the one to lead those monsters...

Saare : A human hero you say? What's the hero got to do with monsters...

Hinata : Don't be hasty Saare, let her speak first...

Litus : It was really weird at first but after I investigated more, it seems to be the truth. Spies we sent as human merchants, said it was a really prosperous and beautiful city, in addition no one seemed hostile towards them. No signs of violence even among various races living together. But they were unable to find or meet the leader as she seemed to be absent.

Lennart : But what if that suspicious hero's planning something evil using the monsters under her?

Litus : I don't know, but they seem to have ties with the Armed Nation of Dwargon, Kingdom of Blumund and even the Beast Kingdom of Eurazania. So far they have shown no hostility to any human nation and are developing at a truly elevated pace with well built roads, big public baths, well trained security and patrol guards consisting of Hobgoblins and wolves. Everyone is treated fairly inside, whether it be a weaker or stronger race.

Hinata : I see. Nicely done Litus, thank you for your reports.

Fritz : I'm impressed too. You've done a really great job! (he whispers with a thumbs up)

Litus : Thanks.

Saare : So what shall we do now? It looks like they are not hostile and even welcome humans. Not to mention they even have ties with the Demon Lord.

Lennart : But the followers of Luminism will get confused over the existence of that city...

Glenda : He has a point..

Arnaud : But we can't do anything against them until they don't do any harm..

Hinata : Arnaud is right. We can't move without any evidence against the Hero and if we rile the monsters too much it might just backfire upon us. So for now just keep a good watch over them and be alert..

Everyone : Understood..

Hinata (to herself) : I wonder what Sensei is planning. Maybe I'll just ask her next time..

Clayman : Don't worry Tear, if my plan goes on smoothly, that annoying Hero won't be a threat anymore. From the reports, that Hero is currently in Ingrassia it'll take her more than a month to return...
