Chapter 7 : The Dragon Worshippers and the Storm Dragon

Few days ago, after the Walpurgis banquet, Rimuru decided to stay with Velzard and others at Ice Continent for sometime, while her parallel existence returned to Ruberios.

{At Ruberios, inside Rimuru's room}

Moss : The forest area around the cave where Storm Dragon Veldora is sealed, is looked after by Dryads the forest caretakers. Many monster races resides within the area with Ogres being the most prominent ones. (he reports kneeling)

Rimuru : Very well. And what about Chloe and children ?

Moss : They are fine for now.

Rimuru : Good work Moss. Tell me if you need something dear.

Moss : My lady, if I may add something about Shizue Izawa..

Rimuru : Go on..what about her?

Moss : Her spirit is trying to take over her body. Eventually she will loose control over it.

Rimuru : This might be a little concerning. Hmmm... (thinks)
For now, just keep a watch over them.
Tell me if something is suspicious.

Moss : As you wish. (disappears)

{Hinata knocks at the door}

Rimuru : Come in..

Hinata enters with an all exhausted look and sits on the chair confronting Rimuru who is sitting on the edge of her bed.

Hinata : Really, that council is just full of those useless geezers. Pointlessly arguing over some trivial matters for hours.

Rimuru : That's the way humans are Hinata.

Hinata : Gosh, I'm so tired...(deep sigh) !!

Rimuru : Would you like to have something to eat?

Hinata : No, I'm full, Thanks.
(she says in a tired tone)

Rimuru : Very well. Just take some rest.

Hinata : Sensei..

Rimuru : Hm?

Hinata : Are you going somewhere? I heard from Luminous sama.

Rimuru : Yes dear, why do you ask?

Hinata : Can I come with you ? If you it's ok with you! ...(she asks rubbing her cheek)

Rimuru : Hmm.. let's see. I guess it will be alright if you accompany.

Hinata : I see. (a smile appears on her face)
But where are we going anyways?

Rimuru : It's a secret dear. We will be visiting various places.

Hinata : Fine. I will wait.

Rimuru : Good girl.

Hinata takes a quick bath and changes into her casuals. She comes out while rubbing her wet hairs with the towel around her neck.
She looks at Rimuru, who is in a deep thought but keeps staring at her beautiful face as Rimuru keeps swirling her shining silvery-bluish hairs around her fingers.
Rimuru eventually notices her and gives a soft smile which makes Hinata avert her gaze with a slight blush.

Rimuru : Come here, I will dry your hairs.

Hinata hesitantly nods, and walks towards her.
She sits on the floor, near Rimuru's legs as she starts drying her hairs slowly with magic.
A few moments later, Hinata turns around and gently places her head over Rimuru's lap with no intention to leave her side.

Hinata : Sensei, if it's okay with you...

Rimuru : It's alright dear, I'm all yours. (she responds gently)
