Devan Murlock is the strongest Hunter in history. He was so strong that the World Government residing at Holy Grail, the capital of the World Government, where its highest rulers, namely Lord Lee Minho, Demi-Gods, and Commander-in-Chief Song Joong-ki, resides and govern, decided to unite their forces to gang up on Devan and eliminate the threat that questions their authority.
