Y/n POV
The morning hit hard, I really wasn't a morning person, but I needed food so I had to get up and head down to the Great Hall to get some breakfast so my brain would somewhat function for classes.

After munching on my toast I head to Charms where we are taught a spell to make something levitate and we are to practice on feather. I tried and tired, I was getting nowhere. I look around the classroom to see Ron waving his wand around like a mad man. Thankfully Hermione stops him and tries to teach him the right way in a very, know it all way.

During her explanation I decide to have a look at the other side of the room and notice that some people weren't even trying.

What's their problem?

Soon Ron challenges Hermione to try and I watch as she completes the task with ease. The ones not trying took notice and completed the task as well without a second thought.

"Look Miss Granger has done it. Oh, and so has Miss Riddle, Prince and Winter." Professor Flitwick announces to the class.

Are they just that confident or something?

We move on to Transfiguration. I had ended up arriving on time and had already taken my seat as I waited for the boys to show up.

They are arrive late, "we made it." Ron states looking around.

Professor McGonagall turns from a cat back to her human form and confronts the two. Ron thought the display was cool before she started to state that maybe she should turn one of them into a pocket watch or perhaps a map.

I felt bad for them and gave them a reassuring smile before they turned towards the front, upon sitting down.

Moving on we had potions class, the moment Professor Snape walked in, the atmosphere changed and everything fell silent. He started to explain that there would be no wand waving in his class.

"Then again some of you, have come to Hogwarts in possession of abilities so formidable, that you feel confident enough to not pay attention." Snape starts.

"Mr Potter. Our, New, Celebrity." He continued before asking Harry a bunch of questions that I didn't really know the answers to.

Once Harry couldn't answer any of them, Snape soon moved closer to Harry and explained all the answers, along the way he told Hermione to put her hand down.

He already doesn't seem fond of us Gryffindors.

"Well, why aren't you all copying this down." Snape says at the end of the explanation. I scramble to grab my quill and take down the notes, hoping that I didn't miss any of them.

Next class was flying lessons, with Madam Hooch. We gather outside and we each are to stand on the left side of our brooms.

Too bad for anyone who wanted to use their left hand.

I place my right hand over the broom and say, "Up." The broom comes flying up to my hand like, I noticed Harry's did. Hermione just stared at us with disbelief.

Ron's soon goes up but hits him in the face, causing Harry and I to chuckle a little. "Shut up, Harry, Y/n." He says a little embarrassed.

We soon mount our brooms and get ready to take to the sky. Just as Madam Hooch blows her whistle, Neville's broom starts to go crazy. We watch as the broom flies him around and throwing him into walls.

Before he was dismount by a statue with his robes, they started to rip and he fell, luckily getting caught by a fire touch holder before falling the rest of the way.

Madam Hooch rushes over to his aid and finds he only has a broken wrist. Madam Hooch then firmly tells us to stay on the ground while she talks Neville to the hospital wing. Just before that I noticed that Malfoy had grabbed a ball that Neville had dropped.

"Did you see his face? Maybe if he remembered to give this a squeeze, he would have remembered to fall on his fat ass." Malfoy says, making fun of Neville.

Now I didn't know Neville that well, but it did know that I wasn't a fan of bullies.

"Give it here, Malfoy." Harry says before I could say anything.

"No, I think I'll leave it somewhere for long bottom to find." Malfoy states before taking off on his broom.

Riddle and Prince seemed annoyed by this action but I couldn't tell why. Harry catches my attention again and takes off on his broom, much to Hermione's disapproval. "What an idiot." She states.

I just watch worried for Harry and for any points we might loss for this action he is taking. Though I did believe someone had to show Malfoy who's boss.

Malfoy throws the broom and Harry goes flying to catch it. He catches it and stops shortly before hitting a tower. I hold my chest to calm down, as I thought he was a goner for sure.

Harry flies down and we all great him with praise, I hold my tongue about how dangerous that was and instead say, "You did it, Harry."

Soon however he is called away by Professor McGonagall. He follows her away. "I hope he's not in trouble." I Say to Ron. He nods in agreement as we wait for Madam Hooch to return.
