It's been a week since I've been hospitalised, and now, I'm discharged, so I can go back to school! I already know the results of the games, so I'm proud of everyone, shame I didn't get to participate...
Someone would always stay with me, from the list of students, Daki, Akaza or Koyuki. Douma wanted to come but I said no. And I haven't seen Gyutaro since... the incident.
Unfortunately, the whole school knows about the incident, about how one guy stabbed a girl with a weapon which isn't even allowed on school premises.
It's Monday, so we have our usual assembly, and I wonder what that's going to be about... This time, it was Ubuyashiki doing this assembly.
"Hello, students. As you all know, we have just completed our games and our declared winners! Red Team, with 1200 points are declared the winners!" Cheers from members of the red team shock through the hall.
"But, there are some additional points to be added,"
"This is some Harry Potter: And The Philosopher's Stone, shit," Koyuki whispers to me.
I laugh quietly, even though I am discharged, I am advised not to talk for a couple of days, and only talk when necessary.
"As you all know, there was a student who got hospitalised on our first day of the games, and unfortunately couldn't participate in the second," I drown myself in my seat. I could feel all of the eyes staring at me.
"And there were some students who helped her get the care she needs, so I will award the points now... Koyuki, Purple team, 50 points!"
I pat her shoulder, "Well done!" I whisper.
"Akaza, Purple team, 50 points! Daki, Yellow team, 50 points! Douma, Blue team, 50 Points! And so, as you know, the leaderboard has changed..."
"We're not going to be first..."
"Red team has still managed to snag their way into first, still! But, who was once third, Purple team managed to catch up with Green team, earning them both second place! The rest, are the same,"
The Purple team cheers, "Well, guess I was useful after all," I croak out.
"Of course you were!"
"Congrats," The student council says to Yuki.
"Thanks, guys!"

It's break time, and other than the comments such as, "Are you alright? Did it hurt?" and those other ones like, "You were faking, right? You were doing this just so you could get more points!" it was pretty calm.
"Kimiko!" I hear someone say. "I've been looking for you, why did you not allow me to visit you?"
"How long did you think you would be able to lie to me?" I ask.
"Wh-what?"
"I know what you did. Daki told me. You know what, why don't you just-" I splutter out coughs, due to the constant talking.
"I-i'm sorry! I was going to tell you eventually!"
"When? When I'm on my deathbed?" I croak out.
"No!"
"D-don't talk to me anymore, Douma," I run away, trying to find the closest water fountain to drink from.

[09/04/2022] Ah yes. The shortest chapter of them all, the last one. I don't know why I wrote the last chapter not to spoil them because I was going to write the results for this chapter as well.
This book is finished. But don't worry! There's another book coming out soon! I dunno when, but it will come out!
