"Any news about my friend, Ki-hoon?" I asked Bin-dae.

To be honest, I didn't want to ask. I was afraid of the answer. I wanted to fool myself to survive. But then again, I am already back. To kill Han. To get back at everything he's done.

"Are you sure you want to know?" Bin-dae replied.

"I think, I'm ready to know." I told him.

Bin-dae handed over photos. Of Ki-hoon's parents. It was. Brutal. I could only cover my mouth from this sight. Withholding my vomits. Who could ever stomach seeing these pictures? I immediately put them away. What if Ki-hoon saw this?

He began explaining, "Your friend's parents were tortured to death. All because your friend was missing. He's nowhere to be found in the last three months. News is that he actually died. All his track records were erased. Like somebody had erased his existence."

Ki-hoon's parents. My friend.
Once again, guilt took over me.
But I needed to know.
So I can harness even greater motivation to finally hunt Han down.

"Ki-hoon." this woman called for my friend as she succumbs to death. She was struggling as she injected something on her body. How can she still move around from that shot? How does she know him? Is Ki-hoon still alive?

With this, I decided to keep her alive and find out more.

She woke up after a few days.

"You're saying Ki-hoon is alive and is now working for Han?" I chuckled at the thought this woman was implying.

"It's true." she says with determination. But I can't bring myself to believe it.

"Okay let's just say that what you just narrated is true, then why'd you still stay after Ki-hoon supposedly destroyed Bong-soo's gang?" I asked and d*mn. It's a really f*cking crazy thought. So I uncontrollably snickered again.

I added to clarify my question, "I mean, you didn't have any other deeper agenda after Bong-soo died. So why were you still there with them?"

"You don't need to know why." she answered and she gave this oddly beautiful expression. A simple smirk. Wow she's pretty. *cough*

This stranger is too alluring. Hmm what should I do with this woman?

"If you don't believe me, that's fine. You can lock me up and wait." she said.

"Wait?" I asked.

"Han and Ki-hoon will eventually come hunting for you. You'll see for yourself anyways." she said. Why does she insist on this foolery?

"Woman." I laughed then continued saying, "Sorry but I really couldn't believe you. Do you know what Han did to Ki-hoon's parents?" then I handed over the photos.

"Now tell me. Why would Ki-hoon help Han out after doing such things? Start speaking truth. Or else." I told her.

As soon as she saw the photos, she gripped on it tightly and looked at it eagerly. Her expression was so fierce and unrelenting. How could she stare at it for so long? Those photos are beyond any stomach, so much more of a woman's.

"Han did these?" she asked. Like she genuinely didn't know.

I nodded and remained silent.

After a while, she began weeping. It continued for so long. She didn't stop for a while. I couldn't bring myself to interrupt her seemingly genuine mourn.

Finally, she spoke to say "I will help you hunt Han out."

Still wary of her, I half-heartedly decided to bring her along.
