Movie Genres?

Okay movie genres. What's going on with those. Some genres are just bleh. Just why...movies are supposed to be fun to watch. Even sad movies are fun, but no people just had to come up with a bunch of different random movie genres that dont make any sense. They just wanna be quirky like calm down ma'am you're not special.

Horror movies can either be the best thing in the world or the worst thing on this damn planet we call Earth. They were good in like the late 90's and early 2000's but then they kinda went to shit. Now they focus to much on the fear factor that there isnt much of a story. It's not as scary unless there's a story. Someone randomly running towards you with a knife is scary sure, but if that person was a wanted serial killer who so happened to be the main protagonists ex boyfriend it would be a little scarier. Tell me I'm wrong rn.

Fantasy movies piss me off sometimes. If you're gonna make a story with fairies don't make them the stereotypical tinkerbell fairy. Be original olease and thank you. You could always have change up some things. It doesn't have to be exactly like the fairies in folk tales. What if the fairies are soul sucking monsters or beautiful creatures of the night who appear in your dreams and warn you about the dangers of other wordly creatures? I'm just saying ve creative bro like it's not that hard to be big brain 🙄
