21. Our First Date

I was holding onto the car door pretty tight and Ross noticed that. He grabbed my other hand and I looked at him.

"Are you nervous?" Ross asked

"Um..no of course not" I lied

"I know you to well May"

I sighed and he chuckled. He parked then got out of the car fast. I took a deep breath then got out. He handed me a blind fold.

"Really?" I asked

"Please" He replied

I sighed and nodded my head. I placed the blind fold on. I felt Ross grab my shoulders and guiding me somewhere. Who knows where, I'm really nervius to find this out. After walking for I would say ten minutes we stopped and Ross took off the blind fold. He closed my eyes with his hands and I started to laugh.

"Oh I want to see" I said

"Wait" Ross replied

I placed my hands on his and pulled them off my face. Wow, this is beautiful.

"Oh my god" I said bring my hand to cover my mouth

"This looks amazing" I added

Ross wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my head.

"The best, for the best" Ross said

I smiled as I completely turned around still in his arms. He smiled and I placed my hands on his chest as I slowly brought them up around his neck. He smiled as he brought me in closer.

"You're the best" I said

He leaned down and placed his soft lips on mine. Our lips moved insnyc then we broke away.

"I think we should go eat" Ross said

I laughed as he grabbed my hand and we walked toward the blanket swinging your hands back and forth. We sat down and he handed me some food.

"What's on the menu" I asked

"I'm going old style and it's a bag of chips as a side dish and some sandwhichs" Ross replied

I laughed as he handed me a sandwhich.

"You don't mind do you?" Ross asked

"As long as I'm with you, I don't mind what we eat or where we are" I replied

A smile grew on his face.

"I love you May" Ross said

"I love you too Ross" I replied

He leaned over and kissed me. We ate then threw the grabage away. We laid on the blanket and stared at the stars.

"This is amazing" I said

"You like it?" Ross questioned

"I wouldn't like it any other way"

"What do you mean?"

"I have you watching the stars with me..that's what I mean, it feels like we are on your family's roof again"

He turned his head toward me and smiled. We were holding hands and he looked back at sky.

"I'm really happy we are together now" Ross said

"So am I" I replied

"You know, you're all I basically think about"

"Am I?"

"Yeah, everything about you makes me smile, and what happened with Ray I cried when you left...and when I wasn't able to see you any more...I cried myself to sleep cause I coudln't see you anymore"

I looked right at him. How did I get so lucky?

"There's times I question how I  got so lucky" I said

"Why?" Ross asked

"Cause you're famous..I'm a fan"

"I was lucky I got to meet you and have the courage to give you my number though"

I smiled and he turned to face me.

"Come here" Ross said

I moved over to him and placed my head on his chest. I hear his heart beat.

"I can hear your heart beat" I whispered

"It beats for you" Ross replied

"Cheesey, but cute Lynch"

I looked up at him and kissed him. We stayed watching the stars. Afterwards we got up and Ross wanted to walk over by the water. Which we did, we were hand in hand and the water touched to our ankles.

"Race ya?" I asked

"It's on" Ross replied

"One"

"Two"

"THREE!" We both yelled

We started to run but I pushed Ross into the water. He got up and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Oh you're dead" Ross said

"Oh no" I replied

I started to run again but Ross is too fast. He caught up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist, he picked me up and spun me around. He threw my in the water and I started to laugh.

"I'm soaking wet!!" I yelled

"So am I" Ross replied laughing

I got up and shaked my head to get water on him.

"No what are you a dog?" Ross asked

"Woff"I replied and licked his face

"Oh! Gross! You licked me!"

I stuck my tongue out and started to run again back to were we first came from. I looked back and saw him following. I got there and picked up the blanket it. I threw it at him and ran behind the car.

"You're going to pay for licking me" Ross said

"Oh you know you liked it" I replied

"Really?!"

I couldn't help but laugh. He started to chase e around the car. I almost fell and he caught me. I stared at him and he smiled at me.

"So how are you going to pay?" Ross asked

"I don't know but I want to go back to the hotel to put dry clothes on" I replied

"Oh fine"

We went to the hotel and I ran into our room. I grabbed some PJs and got changed. I walked back out and Ross already had PJs on and he was on the bed. I jumped right next to him and he freaked out.

"Really?!" He asked

"Your welcome" I replied

He smiled and grabbed me. He pulled me in close and I smiled at him.

"Pay back" He said

"What?" I asked

He started to tickle me and I was freaking out. I couldn't stop laughing and he was smiling.

"Pay back for licking me!" He yelled

"Ross, please, stop!" I yelled

"Nope"

"I'll do anything!"

"Kiss me"

"ok! ok!"

He stopped and I leaned up on him. We kissed and I placed my head on his chest.

"I'm tired" I said

"Then go to sleep honey" Ross replied

"Alright" I said

We kissed one more time, then I slowly closed my eyes and fell asleep. This date couldn't have been anymore prefect.
