Rimuru POV

I sat on my chair like always laying the necklace right in front of me on the desk. I falted my hand together looking at it , thinking abot what just happened. 

'Should I destroy Sarion ? Refuse any alliances and trades ? Or ignore this' I thought and stared at the necklaze for quite a time after I then finally streched out my hand 

"Azathoth" I simply said and a dark/black mist transported the necklaze into my Imaginary Space. I smiled as i felt one piece of Soul fused to it and immediately separated it. An easy feat because in my Personal Space called Chaos World I am the one who makes the rule .. just like this world at some time needs to accept me as their leader. 

I need to make sure that they don't destroy this Planet on their own. Anyways I looked at the piece of Soul and stored it immediately where it belongs to. 

'Did you really trusted me this much dear .. that you even would store a part of your soul in this Necklace it?' I thought and couldn't decide if there was more behind it or she simply trusted me.

I then heared a knock on the door "master I've brought Miss Henrietta she claims to have an apointment with you" I heared Kagali's voice from the floor on the other side of the door

'I'll think about it later' I thought "Let her in" I said and then the door opened revealing to elven woman one of them instantly bowed 

"I Henrietta greet The Overlord Rimuru Tempest .. ruler of Tempest" Henrietta said 'Well look at her .. she knows how to respect someone higher as her .. maybe becasue of Gazel?' I thought

"Look up after all you are here for your award" I said looking at her , she then slowly turned back to standing like a candle 'What a strict trained Spy' I thought 

"So then what is it that you desire Henrietta ?" I asked 

She seemed reluquent to answer me first but then looked right at me "I would want to be permitted to live in Tempest and be trained by your Special Spy Unite that eve nI couldn't discover. Still if possible I made an oath to my King" she said 

I thought about her words "So you are saying you want to live here and want to be trained as spy of my friend Gazel?" I asked 

"Yes Demon Lord-sama , I talked about this with my King and I would make an oath to you for never selling information to Dwargon from Tempest , I will be simply used when there is a country that may be suspicious against Dwargon .. only for a reason like that" Henrietta said 

"Why do you want to live here ?" I asked

"I think this Town is beautiful and .." she stopped there suddenly rethinking her sentence

"Don't worry you can speak freely I knew you were spying around Tempest for an while" I said and she first seemed shocked and then reliefed 

"As expected of the Demon Lord-sama .. I began to like Tempest as I was on work here. Also the spies your Nation uses are better then me and I want to become better so .."

"I'll give you my permission" I said simply 

She then knelled and took her hand on her heart "I Henrietta swear on my live to not betray this sacred land and only be in my Kings services if really needed" 

3rd Pov

A few hours after Henrietta's oath it was evening and the executives had prepared the meeting as well as brought the representive's of each country. The only one missing was the most Important man in this Meeting.
