❤︎ ZOHA'S POV ❤︎

"Fawad!" I hollered.

"What?" He asked with an attitude.

"Stop running away before I lose my mind" I huffed.

"look around you baji, this place is massive. You can't just expect me to stay still" his eyes were shimmering in the bright light of the massive shop. Twinkling with happiness.

We were at one of the most expensive malls in Pakistan, it was full of designer clothes and food, it had multiple other shops connected to it. I wasn't quite sure why Dimitri brought us here, nothing really phased me except for the food.....and maybe the really expensive Prada bags.

Fawad on the other hand was blown away by everything. Dimitri told him to buy whatever he wanted and that's exactly what he did. He went round the whole shop buying everything he could see.

"You don't need this, you don't even wear perfume" I gave him an accusing look. He can't just spend all of this money on perfume he wasn't even going to use.

"How am I going to impress girls when I don't smell nice" I rolled my eyes at him.

"Let him buy what he wants moya lyubov' (My love) " my body stilled upon hearing the chilling voice.

Dmitri came closer to me and forcefully entwined my hand in his. I didn't protest, in fact I didn't move from my position at all.

"See Zoha you should be more like your husband over here" unbelievable, my own brother has turned against me.

"Oh so what you're trying to say is that you want me to stop making you parathas? Because last I checked my husband can't make parathas" I blackmailed him with the paratha talk once again because I knew how much it annoyed him. His face turned from a smirk into an annoyed look then it turned into hurt, his facial expressions were priceless. I suppressed my laughter.

"Why don't you carry on looking for things to buy Fawad. I need to occupy your sister for a few hours" he said with a wink. I rolled my eyes at the shameless man in front of me. He tugged my arm towards the back of the store where all of the really expensive clothes were. We walked into the woman's section.

"Why are we in here?"

"Shh. You ask too many questions"

"Sana get her fitted in this dress" he spoke. He pointed at an elegant, sleek black dress.

"Right away sir" she bowed her head at him as if he was some sort of a high class king. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if she started feeding him grapes or something cliché like that.

She looked me up and down for a few minutes and got my measurements. "You know there's no point in buying this for me" I told him.

He turned his head to me, his eyes full of amusement "who said I'm getting this for you?" He questioned.

"W-well you used my measurements" i stammered. I mentally cursed myself for allowing myself to stutter in front of him.

"The person who this is meant for isn't here so I thought why not use your measurements" he explained. A wave of embarrassment gushed through me. What was I thinking? Why would he buy anything nice for me? Exactly He wouldn't.

His intense gaze was on me. I stared into those dark brown eyes and he stared into my hurt eyes. I broke the eye contact and hurried out of the room, not wanting to carry on the heated moment.

"Baaaaji. Look what I found, can I buy it. I beg...pleasee" he pointed at a green and black scooter. I read the price tag it was nearly £1000. Honestly stupid, he could just take my old scooter for free, it's not as good quality but it's free. I mean it's not like this scooter can fly to space or something. I stopped the rambling I was doing in my head.
