-2 days after-

*Ding dong, bing bong*

I opened my eyes to realize that I had once again only got an hour of sleep and fell asleep on my desk, even though I really shouldn't be doing that. I've been in this school for 5 days now I kind of just want this to be over. I sat up and looked up at the monitor, waiting for Monokuma's pre-recorded message to play.

"Good morning, everyone!" Monokuma said in his super annoying voice. It made me want to beat the shit out of him. "It is now 7 a.m. and nighttime is officially over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day!"

And with that, the monitor shut off. I sighed.

"Gh...Another night of restless sleep. Day after day, I can feel the fatigue piling up..." I said to myself. "Then again, this has been going on ever since I started using my social medias and trying to make perfect content."

As soon as the thought had crossed my mind...

*Ding dong*

...the sound of the doorbell forced its way into my room. I stood up from my desk and approached the door. I opened it to see Taka standing there, a smile on his face for some reason, even though I was exhausted, not that I showed it. I just needed to get to the dining hall and make myself some hot chocolate to wake myself up.

"A fantastic morning, isn't it?!" Taka said loudly, making me have to cover both of my ears.

"T-Taka...?" I said, lowering my arms.

"Now then, if you'll pardon the interruption...!"

Without waiting for a reply, Taka barged into my room.

"...What the hell do you want, Taka?" I asked. "It's too early for this bullshit. But still, what's up?"

"No matter how intensely stormy seas may batter me, I will not fall as long as my feet are firmly planted!" Taka said. "...You agree, right?"

"U-Um, I'm not sure I understand..."

"And if you can't do it alone, just find someone to support you, and you can support them back! That's how you can overcome any storm!"

I stayed quiet, my mind too tired to deal with this bullshit Taka was giving me. I just wanted to put on my hoodie, my gym shoes, and my bag and just...go get some hot chocolate to wake me up.

"I was thinking about it last night, and...I decided we all need to really come together. And that was when I realized...Every morning from now on, after the morning announcement, everyone should have breakfast together! And now is the beginning of that fateful day! Please head to the dining hall at your earliest convenience! That's all for now! I have to go let everyone else know the good news!"

Taka didn't even wait for a reply. He turned and left, before I could say anything.

"Well...I guess I better head to the dining hall."

I shut off my laptop and drawing tablet to not waste the battery and stretched a bit. Once I was finished, I put on my hoodie and my shoes, placed my backpack on my back and grabbed Flower and made my way to the dining hall. However, before I went inside the dining hall, I spotted Toko standing off to the side, so I walked up to her. She stayed quiet, not even acknowledging that I was there.
