I rushed to the spot where I once resurrected them. I pull the salt out of my bag that I took from Scott's house. I draw a big circle with the star inside. I put candles at each point of the star. I sit down in the middle of the star. I take off Leo's ring and place it in front of me. I close my eyes as I sit criss crossed. I can feel the candles light up.

I open my eyes for a moment a lay the book in front of me on my lap. I look down as I flip through the pages of the book. This book is in French. Shouldn't be too hard.

"J'invoque les esprits, donne-moi la force et le pouvoir, atteindre une autre démence de l'univers, a ramener un être cher sur ce plan universel." I read word for word. It basically means 'I invoke the spirts, to give me the strength and power, reaching another universe madness, to bring a loved one back to this universal plane.' I shut my eyes once more.

"J'invoque les esprits, donne-moi la force et le pouvoir, atteindre une autre démence de l'univers, a ramener un être cher sur ce plan universel. J'invoque les esprits, donne-moi la force et le pouvoir, atteindre une autre démence de l'univers, a ramener un être cher sur ce plan universel." I mumble over and over under my breath. I can feel my hands shake as the wind picks up. Thunder starts to be heard throughout the skies. I can feel blood start to trickle out of my nose. Liquid spills from my eyes, but my guess was tears. The ground starts to crumble underneath me for a few long moments. It eventually and finally stopped as everything came to a calm.

"Izzy?" A familiar voice calls out. I open my eyes to see him standing there. I pick up the ring and run over to him giving him a hug. I felt very faint, but happy.

"You're okay." I whisper to myself. He grabs onto my face gently as he turns my head.

"You're bleeding from your eyes, nose, and ears." He warns me.

"It's a small price to pay to have you back." I mumble out. I take the ring and give it back to him. He places it back onto his middle finger. We head back to my car as we drive off.

The next morning I was told to meet at Scott's house. I brought Leo with me as we enter the house. Mason, Liam, Corey, and Scott stood by the door looking at the lightning strike from before.

"Leo?" Liam calls out. He smiles as the four boys hug him. "How did we forget about you?" Liam mumbles.

"It's what the ghost riders do, right?" Leo responds. The six of us look back up at the ceiling. Scott desperately trying to hide the disgust look on his face.

"That's how he got in?" Corey asks.

"What is it?" Liam asks.

"It's a point of impact from a lightning strike. Usually you'd find charred spots like that on the ground after a violent thunderstorm." Mason explains. We all look at each other.

"That's how the ghost rider got in. He rode lightning." Scott pieces together.

"If they can use lightning to get past the mountain ash-" Scott cuts Liam off.

"No place is safe."

"What about the others? It's my fault they're marked." Corey speaks out.

"We'll find a way to protect them." Scott comforts. "All of them."

"We can help." I added. Scott gives us a dirty look.

"Okay, I'm going to say it. Why are the two of you acting weird?" Leo breaks up the dirty looks.

"Tell them, Scott." I smile and sit down.

"She killed people."

"I didn't have a choice."
