Y/N's POV:
I had just gotten home from a mission. Kiba said he'd be home tonight so, wanting some cuddles from my boyfriend, I gave the mission report along with Nara, and then made my way home. As soon as I opened the door I heard something that sounded like Kiba laughing...but with another much HIGHER laugh...I walked into the bedroom and saw something i could never forgive, Kiba and Tamaki FUCKING KISSING. "K-Kiba?" i stuttered out. He looked at me and glared. "What? Can't you see? Were done. I found someone much better then you. Get out." I scoffed and said "If that's what you really want Kiba...Tamaki, our friendship...nothing." i said to her and him. I sighed and packed my stuff and then walked the fuck outa there. 'Thank kami my parents live in the village...' i thought as I walked to their house.
AUTHOR"S POV:
Y/N was almost to her parents house when she spotted the local bar. 'Hmm, maybe ONE drink wouldn't hurt...right?' she thought as she walked into the bar setting her stuff down kami knows where. She then ordered a few shots of whiskey.
TIMESKIP:
Y/n was the definition of drunk right now. As of now though, she was chugging a bottle of beer. "CHUG CHUG CHUG! WHOOO!" the people around her yelled. "HELL YEAH!" She shouted when she finished her bottle of beer within 12 seconds. A record time for the bar. "That's the fastest someone's ever chugged a drink! WE HAVE AN ALL TIME CHAPION! FREE DRINKS FOR THE CHAMPION!" The bartender shouted and everybody there cheered. Except for one person:
Nara Shikamaru. Konoha's lazy genius.
"Oh, I really shouldn't....LET THIS OPERTUNITY GO TO WASTE!" Everyone cheered again. While Shikamaru's just there shaking his head, thinking to himself, 'What the fuck made her do this?! She swore she'd never drink! what the fuck happened?' he walked over to Y/n and said "Y/n, what are you doing?" "Drinking." she said simply. He sighed. "Y/n c'mon, your drunk. We have to get you home." Y/n frowned and said, "What for? Kiba made it clear that he has no need for me, he cheated on me with Tamaki...Fucking, Tamaki." she said shaking her head, "Y/n...Wait. He what?!" Shikamaru said finding himself getting angry with the Inuzuka...even when it came to things like this, Yeah, he would help and stuff...lazily...But he would never get all riled up over it.
He would never consider what he's considering about right now! So why? What made Y/n so special that he got angry at someone over her? He has a girlfriend himself. So it can't be that he has feelings for her...or, that's what HE thought...or what he told himself. "you heard me. But uh, do I even know you? If i do, sorry, I can't see clearly right now." Y/n said breaking the pineapple out of his thoughts. Shikamaru sighed. "Yes you know me...It's Shikamaru." he said to the drunken girl. She giggled and said "Oh well then! What are-" she went into a fit of hiccups. He chuckled and said "Wow...your really drunk." Shikamaru picked up the H/C-ed (Hair colored) girl and carried her to a local Inn.
