There are two versions of this story. One where the person who you have eye-contact with is a boy and the other where the person is a girl. You pick who you'd prefer to meet today <3

You meet a boy
There you are, at the McDonalds. As usual, you still made a little bit of an effort to look good. You know, perfectionist! What can you say! And it makes you feel good, you feel groomed and healthy. You walk into the McDonalds with in your nice warm jacket and hide under your hoodie. You feel warm and protected from the world because of your clothes and feel like no-one will talk to you like that. You really don't need that right now. You walk to the counter when you glance to your right. There's a group of boys sitting there, laughing their ass off about something. You laugh a little bit in yourself, they're contagious. But one boy is not in the midst of laughing but looking directly at you. You get a bit shocked by the direct look in his eyes. And then you get mesmerized by his eyes. Angel eyes they seem like. He looks at you with so much openness and trust that you're taken aback by it. Sometimes you feel like people are actually pretty good at telepathy when they're reading faces. And this is a moment like that. You know that he likes you, even though he's never talked to you before and doesn't know you. Just that look of openness reveals that he likes the look of you and would not hesitate to get to know you better. You feel your cheeks getting a bit flushed. You're not used to so much (nice) attention from a boy. All of this happened in only a few seconds. He looked at you with his angel eyes, smiled very slightly, not so much that his friends noticed it but just enough to show that he acknowledged you and then looked back, almost like he was a bit embarrassed. Someone's getting a crush on me! You think. Or is it the other way around?
You order a hamburger and instead of immediately going home you sit down at another table across the corridor across the boys' table. You eat your hamburger and smile a bit at him too. You feel embarrassed but you didn't wanna go away immediately and wanted to look at him a bit more. He keeps looking at you too, not for long but often. You still feel like you have flushed cheeks and you actually really don't know what you're doing, why you decided to randomly sit alone in the McDonalds and stare at some guys but here we are. Suddenly the boys leave, a friend called them and the boy with the angel eyes looks over his shoulder one more time and then they're gone.

You're not used to so much (romantic?) attention from a girl. All of this happened in only a few seconds.
