"The Super Bowl, boys!" Bill cheered. The team broke out into what seemed like a roar. The constant flow of energy was such an amazing part of this job.
I listened from the back of the room as Bill talked on about game plans and practice schedules for the impending championship. I couldn't help but think of having to drop Harry off at the airport this afternoon. Our time together has passed so quickly, granted he had to leave earlier than planned. It wasn't easy, these past few days. Harry and I were happy, we had been spending uninterrupted time together. Life was going like I had hoped it would. Of course, it was all to good to be true. Harry was called back for some press conferences and meetings that apparently, couldn't be rescheduled. I didn't want him to leave. I wish life was different. Sometimes, I wish I had never even gotten this job, so I'd be able to go off and tour with Harry.

Harry and I walked through the airport, hand in hand. There we fans and camera flashes coming from every direction. It was comforting being behind the barriers, but I'd much rather have these moments alone with him.
"I don't want you to go." I told him, leaning my forehead against his shirt.
"I know, I don't want to leave either." He responded rubbing his hand up and down my back.
I sighed wrapping my arms around him, letting a few tears fall from my eyes.
"I just wish this was easier." I tried to say as my voice broke. Harry took his hands from me and lifted them to his neck. He took off his cross necklace and I closed my eyes as he put it around my neck.
"Listen to me," Harry whispered as he lifted my chin up "I don't want tears. This isn't goodbye. This is 'see you later' alright? I may be leaving but I'm not really going anywhere. That sounds silly but think about it. I'm just a phone call, text message, FaceTime, or tweet away! We have a world of technology at our fingertips that will keep us worlds closer while I'm away, yeah?"
"Yeah, no, you're right." I smiled wiping my tears from my face. "All I have to do is pick up the phone." I tried to keep a smile on my face but it wasn't easy.
"That or you could just look down." He said, pointing to his necklace that now sat on my chest. I smiled, weakly and pulled him into a hug.
"Oh I love you so much, Styles. It hurts how, much I love you." I mumbled into his chest.
"And I love you more. I love you so much it kills me." He whispered into hair. "I have to go now, but I promise I'll see you soon. Maybe the Super Bowl!" With that he turned and walked towards his gate looking back once and smiling before stepping on to the plane that would only break my heart.

My phone rang in my hand, it was Harry.
"Hello, love!" I said trying to sound as cheery as possible.
"Hi, baby! I just landed so I wanted to call quick before my meeting to say hello."
"I'm glad you had a nice flight, good luck with you meeting!"
"Thanks love. Are you alright, you don't sound like yourself?"
"I'm not but I'm okay. I promise." I sighed into the phone.
"It's my fault. I know, I'm sorry."
"No, Harry stop it. You can't help it, these meetings are planned for you. There's nothing you could have done about it, anyways."
"I know, I just wished things would have gone differently."
"Me too, babe. Me too." I spoke softly, "You're my greatest goodbye, Styles."
"I've got to go now, I love you. I'll talk to you tomorrow." And with that I hung up the phone, for longer than I am comfortable with.
