Combat/endurance test.
During the portion of the test where dodging is required in order to come out unscathed. Something peculiar happened.
When a shock round was fired towards the subject. The projectile slowed down in speed.
This could be subject T.N.K's semblance...
More testing is required.

After "extensive" testing and surgery. My theory has been confirmed.
T.N.K's semblance is speed related. Though it is more of a velocity manipulation power. Object mut be in motion in motion in order to tamper with said speed/velocity.
For now, we are calling it "Velocity control"
Subject's pupil has also been affected by his semblance. A strange formation of a red cross hair has appeared within the subject's right eye.
Note: over use of semblance can cause temporary blindness, and bleeding from right eye. (Limit was found after an endurance test- subject was incapacitated and injured...)
