Chapter 6: What's Normal?

After retrieving the relic and handing it over to Ozpin. You took some time to set your gear down before resting underneath a tree. You set your helmet on top of the stack of armor before sitting down on the grass.

You quietly curled into a ball, and teared up a bit...

Due to the recent events; you were truly torn between the destruction of Grimm, and the new turned leave of Grimm for you.

From a weapon's perspective, you were probably no different than them; the only difference was...you had a choice...But what you saw in their eyes was you. Fragmented...broken...without something that mattered to them.

You pulled your legs tighter as your mind drifted further.

And now?- you have a Grimm in your backpack. The very thing that people are here to fight off and exterminate!

You grit your teeth in frustration at the dilemma while trying to calm yourself. But new unanswered and complicated questions began to fly into your head.

Could you help the Grimm be better?

Could you bring balance?

Could a stupid weapon save anything at this rate?

You let a heavy sigh leave your lungs before opening the small compartment that Apples had gone into.

Y/N: Apples?- you there?

The two headed snake slithered it's way out before looping themselves around your neck once more.

Y/N: look Apples, you can't always stay right there...if people see you, I might not be able to protect you. So...can you find another spot?

Both heads looked at each other before retreating into the insides of your shirt. Admittedly, you were quite ticklish, so you ended up laughing, giggling, and jolting your body around. You checked the sleeve of your shirt before finding Apples being comfy where it was.

You looked to your left sleeve, and found Apl giving you a raspberry with his long tongue.

And you looked to your right before finding Aps dotting his eyes at you.

With a small laugh you spoke up to your little companions.

Y/N: that works you two...

While smiling you stood up before packing your gear once more into the metal box. And just as before; when you were done, you put the box on your back before heading your way down to the theater room again.

Ozpin and many other students were present as Ozpin made the remaining teams.

Team RWBY consisted of Ruby, her sister Yang, Wiess Schnee, and the same black bow wearing girl from the night before.

Ozpin: the team leader will be Ruby!

A set of Holo screens appeared out of thin air before showing a clip that made you heart drop.

From the recording, you were forced to bare witness as Ruby ran up the cliff with her momentum, while hanging the Nevermore that you cremated by it's neck before cutting it's head off.

Although your eyes defaulted to showing no emotions toward the scene above you; you still couldn't help but tear up.

Y/N: you did that...

You whispered to yourself begging that karma would get the better of Ruby.

Ozpin: and our next to last team!- Team: JNPR!

The team consisted of Some old school warrior looking girl; a male in all green named ren, The loud and notorious Nora, and the Blonde newbie that apparently stepped up to the challenge.
