Salem: absolutely not Y/N...I know it's been bugging you lately, but I can't in good conscious, allow you to go to Solitas...

Salem crossed her arms before she gave her reason.

Salem: this vision of a "lonely shed in snow" can't be anything more than a distant memory or dream. You would be looking for something that has probably been toppled by the waves of time, and pressure from the snow storms there.

You looked up to her with pleading eyes.

Y/N: but what if I could finally get answers to why all of-...all of...

Your words cut short as distant echos of memories flashed in your eyes...the horror and pain your felt in that place...that shed in the snow has to have answers...but

Salem: *sigh* you see?...your mind is still making amends with your old memories...it will take time... however-

Salem hugged you tightly.

Salem: I have missed this you...you curiosity and never ending drive from answers and questions...

You hugged back before feeling her mess with your hair and ears- tickling your small ears in the process!?

Salem: and these!~

Y/N: h-hey!

You playfully wiggled out of her grip

Y/N: you know their sensetive!

Salem: I know, I know~ but it appears that I'm remembering how easy you are to tease!

You both shared a good laugh until Salem's demeanor had changed.

Salem: *sigh* I understand that want to go out there again...just give it some time, ok?

You looked up as Salem rested he chin on your head.

Y/N: ok fine...can you teach me some magic instead?

You heard Salem chuckle at you request.

Salem: In time- I actually have something for you..

You tilted your head in confusion

Y/N: really?- what is it?

You heard her chuckle as she stood up to walk out the room.

Salem: follow me Y/N...it's time for you to make a choice...

Somewhere in Beacon...

Ozpin: Glynda, please calm down...

Glynda snapped her glare towards Ozpin as she tried everything in her semblances power to repair Glare.

Glynda: Calm?- calm Ozpin?- really!?-

She placed Glare down as gently as possible.

Glynda: I think "calm" has passed...sir...

Her expression was cold, and her voice was even colder.

Glynda: your "extreme" lack to take initiative and stand up for others has caused an actual moron of a leader to take what I could only describe as an innocent killing machine...

She directed her gaze towards Glare before using her semblance to try and reconstruct it out of the several parts found out of the crash site.

Glynda: not to mention that the said "moron" and his oh-so-brave surviving men, not only provoked him to fight back- but have literally did more damage to themselves than him!

Glynda aimed a hand towards the distant wreckage that was still burning and smoking.

Glynda: and don't tell me that it was an accident!- I checked Glare's black box recordings... Ironwood was the one to damage the ship...not Y/N...Hell- not even the convicts and cultist that attacked! Because I know you checked the footage, everyone apart of the attack aimed to neutralize- not kill!
