This is an entry pertaining to the mental and physical stability of now resuscitated T.N.K test subject, also known as Y/N.
It's been exactly 3 hours, 4 minutes and 23 seconds since the "resurrection"
Subject had come out of the Grimm pits in agony, which was to be expected...but the interest in value was the Grimm surrounding the area, I'm which all Grimm bowed towards the same direction until the subject had eventually passed out...

Medical log 002
Day 3.
I had finally removed "most" of the mechanical enhancements on his body. Saved for the mechanical ports that are imbedded. Most of it was broken anyway, but had seemed to be replaced it is something... unorthodoxed...list of changes are as follows...
. (Grimm like) exo skeleton of hardened white bones ( this the removal of the metal exoskeleton) tests show that it protection, and integrity value is comparable to the armor he once wore.
. Eye color change to white with a dim glow
. (Grimm like) marks, color: red ( color changes during rest have been seen...further research is required)
. Hair color change: black ( original white has been seen during rest...further research is required)
Subject's physical scan has also shown that the overall strength of the subject has increased to levels above the added protection, and strength of the original exo-suit, and gear.

Day 10
Subject has fully awaken. Current mental capacities are that comparable to when subject had first come to us after the crash, but now..."it" responds to both physical and social interaction like...a Grimm...only responding with glances and wordless whispers...he is not the same child her majesty remembers...
In addition, her majesty had reque- ordered me to cease Y/N's current development...so I will be making these in secret...for now.
But with observation, I have seen first hand of the subject walking amongst a pack of Grimm... specifically that of the snake and spider variants...
He does however seem...aloof; not fully there, yet trying to understand... worst of all, he seems to be... incomplete...
