I see you
In everything,
From these shards of glass that litter my house
To the trashy magazines that you used to read;
I see you in everything,
I see you in empty cups and
The dredges of vodka that remain
I see you in full mugs with tea and sugar,
I see you in the mirror when I notice
All the things you used to point out,
Like the dark circles under my eyes,
And my dimples that light up when I smile;
I don't see my dimples very often anymore,
I only see
You.
