Night worries

I should probably start to erase these maybes from my mouth
The way you erased my name from yours
I need to move on now and accept that loneliness knows no boundaries,
And that's how you crossed my mind.
If I could have one day to convince you to stay or to start I would only repeat nonsense.
If you can't love my words,
You can't love me.
I have a sharp blade and a bitter tongue,
Both of which sting.
Acidic words laden with sarcasm and lies,
Bathroom floors riddled with red stains.
Eyes covered in red tendrils spread and
Light holds me through the night
