Hester fell asleep to who knows what dreams.

Anadil was still in the bedroom with Hester while Dot had left them looking weirdly satisfied.

She just scurried away awkwardly minutes after the rest of the group had left. Dot took one look at Hester and Anadil sitting together and instantly just...cowardly ran away, leaving Anadil and Hester together.

Anadil always liked that word— especially when it was being used for Hester and herself. Together forev-

Anadil really had to stop doing that icky ever thing, or she'll explode into a tantrum. Literally. And you do not want to wake up a slumbering Hester unless you want a couple broken limbs. Maybe a few bruises and scars to add to your collection as well.

Anadil just sat with Hester as she slept, her head on Anadil's lap. It was pretty awkward and she had no idea how Hester had gotten there in the first place. Her red streaked hair was all over the place, and the fluffy blanket that was used to around Hester was now loose.

To make things even more awkward, Anadil could just sit there with Hester all day and yet, not getting bored even the slightest. She didn't know what was wrong with her as her heart rate increased a rapid 3x pulse. Anadil's gut lurched at her uncomfortably as well.

Perhaps she should check in with a doctor...or someone dependable. Maybe Agatha when she came back.

Hester unexpectedly stirred slightly and she almost rolled off her bed if it wasn't for Anadil. She had caught the witch at exactly the right moment before she fell. Anadil then gently laid Hester down again with her head on Anadil's lap.

She could've put Hester on her pillow instead...butttt...Anadil had her reasons. Totally not because Anadil appreciated Hester's company- nope.

Anadil gazed around, until her ruby red eyes landed on the window outside. She could see glimpses of candy, trees, the dirt path, and partially of the gray morning sky. Anadil looked at the clock to find that it was about past breakfast. Odd, because Anadil didn't feel hungry at all. Maybe Hester's clock was wrong. So then what time was it?

Anadil didn't know. And she didn't want to know.

Minutes felt like hours, hours like minutes, and Anadil soon began to doze off. She'd never realized how quiet and peaceful Hester's house was...

Slowly, Anadil fell into a dreamless sleep.

Dot slowly stalked down the hall to Hester's door. Then she slowly opened it as it gave a moaning creak. Dot peered inside- and squealed as her hands flew to her mouth.

There was Anadil and Hester, Anadil curled up beside Hester as she had her arms around her. And they were rather close. A bit too close if Dot could say so herself.

Dot silently tip-toed over to the pair and leaned over them, smirking. She had always knew that they were perfect for each other—and she also knew that Anadil was, and always had been, a bottom.

Dog smugly grabbed Hester's soft blanket and gently put it over Hester and Anadil. She smoothed out the lumps and slowly turned, quietly walking away. Perhaps...perhaps she would try to cook up something decent enough to eat. It was almost lunch anyways as they had missed breakfast (and that was the first time for Dot! Can you believe it?!)

An Hour Later

Hester woke up to the smell of burning.

But that's not what surprised her.

Completely freaked, Hester nearly fell off her bed when she jumped back. She didn't remember being that close to Anadil—literally. Hester nervously stumbled to her feet as she slowly narrowed her eyes to the burning smell. She coughed, and opened up the window before stalking off to the kitchen.
