Tears started to stream down Tony's face, he was not one for feelings, infact he was the exact opposite, but just by seing Peter, he knew he had been through too much pain and suffering for one teenager to go through. With hesitation, he got his phone out, Tony had to think this through as he didn't know how long it would be until the kid woke up, but he also didn't want the other avengers in the tower to hear about it and go panic mode.  The first thought that came to mind was to make Bruce aware, Tony had him on speed dial for cases like this one. He sighed once more before ringing. Every second felt like a minute, every minute felt like an hour, every hour felt like eternity.

"Hey Bruce, I have a code 1, get the med bay sorted, I'll be there in 5"  Tony's voice was filled in sorrow, but also panic, every second he felt like the kid was fading, and he could not loose him, not after such a big fight that he had already been in to get this kid living at the complex. As quick as he could, Tony stumbled before getting his suit ready to go, ensuring he used the highest power jets to get back as quickly as he could, trying his best.

Bruce didn't even have time to respond, he dashed to the med bay before getting all the equipment he expected to use. It wasn't often they had a code one, last time they had that was when Ultron tried to take over, and even the thought of that made Bruce shudder. He knew this was serious, but who was it? Everyone was in the tower right? It didn't take long before Bruce realised "The kid!" he shouted, luckily no one else heard, he took a sigh of relief knowing no one else heard. Before he knew it, Tony sprinted through the doors, nothing but fear in his eyes.

Tony tried to catch his breath, but panic had already set in for Tony. He cared so much for Peter,  and he just couldn't see him fade, not now. Not ever. There he was, pacing around, as Bruce started to get the IV set up, he didn't know the situation, but with all the training he'd done in the past, he knew this was the first step to healing. Tony was so zoned out at this point, all he could see was the heart rate going up and down, and he couldn't help but think about the time Rhodey was in there, for something that was mostly his fault. A couple of tears shed once again, and Bruce caught them, he knew this was serious as tears really did come from the heart and not the brain.

Bruce slowly raised Peter's arms up, but something was just not as it seemed. Nothing but a slight gasp came from his mouth. "Tony...I think you should look at this" Bruce sighed once again, trying to keep calm for both the kid and Tony. Tony swerved towards the kid, and there it was, something he never expected, something that filled him with shock, something that filled him with pain and sorrow...
