Peter quickly dashed to an alleyway, and took one of his suits from his bag ready to go off on patrol, this felt like the only way he could escape from reality. Peter didn't know this area very well, but that gave him the opportunity to go and explore, and with the crime rate so high in the area, there was always one thing to keep him busy. However this time around, something didn't seem like it usually was, but then again he had just been clobbered by Flash, and stood there and did nothing.

Surprisingly, today was quiet. So Peter decided that it was time to relax, without having the stress of school, and having the quietness of not being around the other Avengers, as you can guess, it can get quite chaotic when you're around superheros with superpowers after all. It didn't take that long before Peter realized the silence in itself was deadly. It wasn't long before the overthinking within his anxiety started to sneak up, quicker than a cheetah trying to chase after it's prey.

"You only bother Mr Stark, he hates you really"

"You get in the way, Flash was right, he always is unlike you"

"Look at you, skipping class, you're nothing but a lazy failure"

"Pathetic shit, May leaving you gave her that freedom"

*TW Anxiety Attack*

On, and on, and on they went, one comment after another, and it just felt like it was much worse than the ones he had before that eventually, he was able to control. You would have thought being on top of a building would help him get that fresh air, but it just felt like the complete opposite, it felt like the air was taking in his air, like he was loosing oxygen rather than gaining it to function properly. Everything around started to become fuzzy, almost like he wasn't in reality, but in a dream instead. It felt like he was on a boat, getting travel sickness, wanting to throw up, but instead, he had deep nausea that he couldn't get rid of, his heart continued to race, like it was beating out of his chest, and his hands continued to shake, trembling in mass fear.

"Come on Pete, get a hold of yourself, you've had many of these before, it's not like this one is much different!". Peter was in full panic mode at this point, but he knew one thing, one thing he kept in his bag for emergencies.

*TW Self Harm*

Carefully, he took it out, a small, shiny blade. Peter had been clean for so long, but today just didn't seem like it was going to plan, and no other distractions seemed to be working. He regretfully took one slice on his left leg, just under where his socks were so no one could notice, after all, with everything that was happening, people were so hyper vigilant to him, so he had to make it as discrete as possible. Without thinking, one cut, turned to two, which turned to three, which turned to anywhere and everywhere possible, just as an attempt to try and calm him down.

Tears started streaming down his face, and he was so focused on the amount of blood which was all around him, that he didn't realize Tony landing by the side of him on the building. And before he could react, his vision started to become even blurrier, and everything just went black. That was that...
