Zea POV;
I woke up with extreme cramps and realized it was that time of the month. I layed in my bed for about 30 minutes before my 6:00 alarm came on.
I got up and as I was going to my bathroom my phone began to ring. I picked up my phone to see it was serenity calling as usual so we could get ready on the phone together.
I answered and she could tell just by the face I was making that it was that time of the month. She began saying " ooo dang girl, sucks to be you right now"
I replied saying "Shut-up serenity I do not need this negative energy from my best friend while I'm already experiencing painful ass cramps"
"Ok I'm sorry but damn" I set my phone down so that I could brush my teeth, Then I started hearing my phone buzz and as I took a peak at who it was, it was Marion my boyfriend. I told serenity to hold on just a second as I answered.
He came on the phone all excited and said "Hey bae what you doingg?" In a playful tone, I told him "currently in the bathroom experiencing killer cramps brushing my teeth"
He replied with "damn well you coming to school still?"
"Yea" I replied as we proceeded to exchange some "I love you's" and hanging up.
I didn't call serenity back and just got ready, when I completely got ready the time was like 7:00 and me and my mother usually left out at 7:30 so I called my other bestie jaydan...
She didn't answer so I gave up and then felt another cramp, I let out a soft "Oww" and my mama immediately came to me and said "what's wrong baby? You on that timing?"
I replied with a nod as I held my stomach, "you know you don't have to go to school today right?!" She said
"Yea I know but I promised my boyfriend I would"
"Ok baby just don't stress yourself out" She said
"Ok I won't" I said while eating some breakfast ——————-
I arrived at school greeted by serenity whom had an abundance of snacks and pain killers for me, she walked me inside and I held my stomach, the pain was indescribable
I went to my locker and started putting my things away when I felt soft hands cover my eyes
A familiar voice said "guess who?"
I said "Donald?Javon?Kayden?Daniel?"
He uncovered my eyes turned me around and looked at me saying "What? So you got other niggas?"
I laughed as I proceeded to say " yup, gotta have the backups!"
He said "oh naww we done" as he was walking away;
I grabbed his arm and pulled him in to a hug saying
"Boy stop being dramatic, you know your the only one I'm talking to" as I smiled
