fight scene!! '∆'

~

the certainty of killers loyalty is immeasurable. he's fairly sure on what would happen if betrayal was taken as an option, and oh does he not like the way he imagines it. he doesn't want to put his loyalty to the test, he'd rather just prove it. testing appears to have an awful influence on him ever since his cat trauma started.

this doesn't affect him much throughout his work, as he's back to his self that thinks for benefits to nightmare. killer quickly returned to his current main purpose--serving and doing work for nightmare, like a dog.

aware of what he chose to be, he doesn't seem to mind. as long as he gets a purpose, and besides, his lack of emotions grants him no opportunity to appear weak and fragile to others. if he had emotions at the moment, he'd be deep in utmost gratitude for nightmare.

it's safe to assume killer worshipped nightmare.

the other people who works for/with nightmare surely doesn't agree with his new life style. they felt pity for killer, and he could tell. the sympathetic attention that gawked on him always crawls in his bones, always felt uneasy.

"killer." nightmare suddenly calls, breaking killer out of the zone. he steps by killer casually, "i saw from error that dream has been interfering with my subordinate. i want you to send a message to my brother. tell him to fuck off." he instructed, waving dismissively at killer as if he already knows what killer would do with that request.

truly the intention of nightmares assignment was to piss off dream, and get rid of killer for some time. he didn't say, however, because why would a reason matter? no one dares to questions him anyway.

killer only nods, turning to error. presumably he had heard, hence when killer looked at him afterwards nightmare left, the glitching skeleton only rolls his mismatched pinpricks, opens a portal before gritting a small "go". killer lurked into the other universe through the portal, getting sent to dream's current hiding spot, heaventale. "I- I'll be watch-ing." error glitches, letting killer hear him before closing the portal.

"huh." killer shrugs, reaching for his knife as it's time to do some work. so with that, killer moves silently behind the seemingly endless trees of snowdin then began to prey, observing the other monster's movements, predicting their every move so he could easily cause a ruckus to prevent positive emotions and, possibly, reach dream.

after a hot minute of observing, he launches himself on the back of a citizen in the public, proceeding to grip on their head to reveal their neck, as his hand quickly sliced it so they couldn't react.

the first victim was loud, as he expects. so it gotten the attention of others easily--that was good. he takes his knife out of the throat whilst watching others scream and panic, only for him to throw it on the head of a citizen walking nearby. with his sole first, he hops back to his knife to stab anyone near.

afterwards, he summons a blaster, aiming at his surroundings from afar. he snorts, the blaster releasing a beam that burnt and killed anything or anyone in contact.

but even after all that... dream wasn't responding. that should have been enough for a response, right?

as much as he loves to see more lifeless bodies, he has to get his assignment done. "hey!" he spots a woman besides him. "you." killer grins at a seemingly petrified woman, who trembles and looks at back at him. "do ya know where i can find dream? little good'ol skeleton about the size of a toddler?" he asks once he'd gotten her attention.

"I-I'm sorry! I don't know, ask sans! he usually kno-" but before she could finish, she was jabbed on the face repeatedly.

"sans." killer repeats, standing up to take back his knife from the dusting woman. "ohhh! yeah, riiight. thank you lady!" killer beams, seemingly happy as he stands up. abruptly, he stops, surprised. "oh." he just only notices the souls that were left untouched by his knife. "right.." killer scowls, but still somehow keeping his grin on.
