Arachnophobia (Fury's War Exercise for heroes)

As I was thinking who to get out next, I suddenly remembered something. Why should I chase them if they could just chase me? Why should I need to look around and be careful if I could just make them run into a trap? These questions just popped up in my mind and not soon after that I started running in a random direction undil I found someone in a crosspath looking at me.

Nothing is better than a little chase, EJ!

Come and get me if you can!

Me: OH HEY BUCKETS~! COME AND GET ME!

I shouted at the top of my lungs. Nova was the first one to come running at me. He was the first person I stumbeled upon. I just turned around and started running as fast as I could to get to the next destination I had in mind.

I was fast! He couldn't catch up to me that easily while not depending on his own ability to fly. Well I used to run away a lot so I had a lot of stamina. 

We traveled a good distance from where I picked him up and I was running to the next dead end which I knew would come soon. It was a dead end with no where to run too or away from. No seemingly escape. Perfect for what I was about to do. I ran to the end of it and waited for him to enter the alley.

Nova: There is no way you can run now, Crawler!

Me: Are you sure?

3rd POV:

Spidey threw a knife at Nova. The hero saw it and dodged it successfully only to be hit by another one on his left leg. Peter's first throw was a distraction for the knife that hit him.

How did he do that? 

Simple!

Spidey hid one knife in his left arm while putting all the attention to the one where he was holding a throwing knife obviously. The moment he threw the first one, he let the other one, he passed the other one to his right arn and threw that one too. 

Nova couldn't escape that one and just stood there dumbfounded looking at the knife on the ground. Ohh how stupid this bucket guy was.

The young villain began approaching the hero, while letting out a deadly aura. Bloodthirsty even. No one ever say Peter do that. It was enough for Nova do be paralyzed in fear as he wasn't expecting to feel this much murderous intention coming from the spider. 

Spidey: What's wrong, Bucket? Can't move huh? Did I cought myself a fine specimen?!~

No response. Nova was just looking at the spider in shock. No one ever scared him this much then the black and red spider at this moment.

Spidey:  OH I will have fun with you!~

Needless to say that the helmet guy began panicking. Who wouldn't do this at this point. Memories of a venomized Spider-Man started to flood into his memory and he remembered the feeling of being venomized too.

He couldn't move while Peter was approaching him. This aura was the same as he was back then if not worse. The victim couldn't think clear anymore, his mind was racing trying to find a way out of this situation while fighting back the fear he now had.

After a few minutes, Nova stood up and they both began to fight. Peter was fast and he even used the speed against Nova himself who normally was pretty fast. The spider threw the hero off.

Everyone has their pace while fighting and the spider knew that exactly!

He would fight slow and then speed up to Nova's usual pace only to speed up even more and in the next moment tackling him on the ground or hitting him or even throwing him against the back wall of the alley. The whole time they were fighting Spidy used his throwing knifes to make some cut marks and used the blood in it to cover the hero.

After a solid 20 minutes of Spidey playing around with Buckets he decided enough is enough, took the heroes arm by surprise and threw him on the ground. Peter did this with enough force to force the air out of Nova's lung.

Spidey approached Nova while the hero was laying down unable to move. He took out his daggers and went to his legs. What would be worse? Someone knowing they had broken bones or someone knowing it as well as seeing a lot of fake blood?

Well Peter was sure to find out soon.

Spidey used his daggers and the fake blood in it to make a cut mark on his leg a deep one on top of it. He even decided that the young hero need to experience more pain. That's the reason Spidey broke both of his legs in the process to. A blood curled scream escaped the heroes mouth as Peter just broke their team mates legs on purpose which no one thought he would do.

Nova's legs were now per game rules immobilized and even if he wanted to, the hero couldn't move with both legs broken. It was save to say Buckets was not able to stand up anymore. At that moment, Spidey dropped his aura and went to face Nova. Naturally, Spidey was looking down on him.

Spidey: How does it feel like to be a looked down at? ~

Nova: Arg.....

Spidey: Mark my words you are not better than me! Never ever question me again in the future and stop calling me crawler! I am a spider!

Spidey took out his gun that he got from Black Widow and hit the trigger. The bullet hit its target right between the eyes. He then began laughing like crazy. 

Spidey: haha-hahahahaha-HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Meanwhile Nova was looking right into the villain before him and fear was all he could think of. He knew very well that he wouldn't die but he would be lying if he said he isn't scared of Peter or Spidey. In fact, he was even more scared of him than any true villain he ever faced at that moment.

Although, this wasn't a life threatening situation it felt like one and he was glad that he was eliminated. He didn't wanted to know what his team captain and friend is capable of, it scared him just seeing how far he went with himself.

Nobody thought that their joking and happy team captain could be like this. 

Spidey then turned around after having this bloody creepy Cheshire smile on his face. He sure had a lot of fun and it was time to go to the next person and do something that would for sure give the next victim a newly found fear fro spiders.

The whole path they were on looked like a murder crime scene itself. Fake Blood was laying on the ground. After he was satisfied with the looks of it, he went to hunt another person down.
