“How dare you do such a disgusting thing in public?”

With that, A middle-aged man whose mind was only filled with greed and anger didn’t bother anything about his son’s opinion and slapped the other twice harshly.

“it’s a platonic thing and I can’t understand what’s wrong with that? being homophobic is not an honor.”

The teenager defended his father.

It’s just a usual thing in families but it is different in this family.

His father gritted his teeth and pushed the teen to the ground.

“kissing a boy in public is not platonic for me. you are just a disappointment, you embarrassed us in every single way. Our relatives and neighbors are ignoring us bcoz of your sexuality. don’t come to my house if you want to keep doing those disgusting things.”

And he proceeded to slap the other side of his cheek but was abruptly stopped by a stronger hand of that small boy.

"It's enough. Remember I know how to do defense."

With that, the teen stared at his father.

Then that angerhead left his son and slammed the door shut.

The parents of the teen hate their son so much.

First, the teen’s grandfather (his dad’s father) registered all the important land and a shop in their grandchild’s name as the old man knows about his son’s greediness.

So, the greedy parents didn’t plan for kids but by god’s grace, they are blessed with an angelic baby.

But they were not happy with that and didn’t care about that poor baby.

They took zero care and even tried to dump that baby in the trash. But good people do exists, an old lady(teen's grandma) came and stopped all the abuses and took care of that baby.

Second, they came to know that his son attracts to the same sex and the hatred grew exponentially.

They would harass their child verbally and physically but the stubborn kid didn’t change his decision.

The bruises, swellings, hurtful words, and several aches made the boy’s life miserable though he is only 17.

Their parents can abandon their son but that kid has the assets they want.

Now, They are waiting for that boy to turn 18 so that they could own all the assets by themselves by forcing him.

The teen completely lost his happiness when his lovely granny passed away last year and took away all his smiles with her. That face lost its boxy alluring smile a long time ago.

That ethereal and beautiful face didn’t get a chance to wear a genuine smile these days and their tortures grew violent.

Now, the boy stood up and went to his room.

It’s nothing new according to him.

He went to the mirror and scanned his face.

That greedy man’s ugly handprints are painted deeply on the teen’s right cheeks with a dark pink shade.

He touched that spot gently and hissed in pain.

“what’s the fault with you taehyung?

Giving a peck on the head to your friend is romantic now.

No. that’s not it.

you born as their son. That’s the biggest fault you’ve done and that’s not even your fault.
it’s the third time this week. When will they stop this?”

He said with a dry chuckle and applied an ice bag to the swelled area.

After some minutes of hissing and treating that wound, he kept the bag aside and watched the calendar. He’ll be 18 tomorrow.

"maybe if I turn 18, they’ll leave me alone. I don’t want to live with these disgusting people.”

Then he looked at the punching bag that was hung beside the window.

He put on a boxing glove and started to punch the bag as if there were no tomorrow.

He started to learn boxing at 13. He doesn’t want to harm or hurt himself. His grandma told him that his skin and soul are precious and don't deserve any harm and he loves his grandma the most in this world. She is the one who truly cared about him.
He always listens to his granny's words.

So, he let his all anger to the punching bag, and also, he thought it was useful as self-defense.

You may think he can use the strength to stop his parent’s abuse but he can’t just punch or even kill them as he strongly believes that they should not die easily without facing any difficulties and pain.

He should see them in a pathetic and miserable condition and should realize the faults they made to his son.

After punching the bag with all his strength, he removed the gloves and threw them into a basket.

A tear escaped from his eyes and he stared into the window watching the people and the half-moon with his glossy eyes.

He sobbed quietly and lay on his bed.

" I miss you so much, grandma."

He hugged his pillow and closed his eyes to imagine himself in a utopia at least in the dream.

Soon he was engulfed by the sleep.

He always wanted to escape from this hell sooner and at least live in peace.

He never wanted the assets and is not willing to fight back for that huge money and he doesn’t even know what he owns.

So that boy wanted to leave this house by giving all the assets and build a life on his own.

Taehyung is running errands now and managed to save enough money secretly to fulfill his basic needs.

He is also working on getting some scholarships for further studies.

He just wants to get out from here as soon as possible.

But he is not aware of his parents ’ fucked up minds.

He slept peacefully and gentle snores can be heard in the room not realizing what will happen tomorrow.
