Back at Everblade, things were not looking good for King Drex. Now that his Ex-wife, Queen Isla was dead, he had to find someone else to take the Queen's place. So for the next 2 hours, he keeps on thinking and finally, he had an idea. He decided to pay a visit to Iris, the Moonlight Dragon.
Iris is King Drex's old childhood friend. They met each other in the castle gardens when they were hatchlings and haven't spoken to each other for 4 years. And believe it or not, he actually wants to marry Iris. He was betrothed to marry Isla by his parents because she was loyal and kind, but unlike Iris, who's stubborn and gets easily jealous.
When King Drex finally made it to Iris's home, he saw her planting Moon Orchids in her garden. He approached to Iris and said "Hello there, my old friend. It's been a long time we haven't spoke to each other." Iris just rolled her eyes as he continued "I need to tell you something. My wife, Isla died a week ago, and I need someone to help me rule Everblade."
Iris was shocked for a little while then asked "H-how did she die? I thought she was still alive." Then, King Drex started to make up this story. "6 months ago, she was actually very ill, but she didn't told me about it and kept it secret. Once I found out, I asked many Healing Dragons to help cure Isla's illness, but none of them succeed. So, she died last week and I was very heartbroken."
Iris believed his story and she was very sorry to him, so she decided to take Isla's place as Queen. King Drex agreed with her and 3 years later, King Drex and Iris are married and Iris became the new Queen of Everblade and both of them had a son and King Drex named him Prince Aiden.
12 years later, at Freshwater Valley...
"Alright Dragons, I want a fair race! No one cheats, no one gets hurt!" shouted Athena. Sakura and her friends were having a race across the valley, and whoever made it to the end of valley and back, wins the race. "I'm so gonna win this race, and you are gonna eat my dust, Blaze." said Sakura confidently with a smile, "Hohoho... I don't think so, hotshot." teased Blaze with a smirk. "Umm... wait, are you girls flirting or something?" asked Prisma. "NO WE'RE NOT PRISMA!!" shouted Sakura and Blaze at the same time, while blushing in embarrassment.
"Ok? Sorry I asked. " said Prisma confused. "On your marks, get set, GO!!" shouted Athena, and the Dragons are off. Blaze was in the lead, and in the middle of nowhere is Sakura. The race was intense, and Sakura and Blaze were neck to neck. The Dragons finally reach the end of the valley and turned back to Athena's place. The Dragons were at full speed, and Sakura and Blaze were both in the lead.
The girls were almost made it to the finish line when suddenly, Sakura tripped on a rock and crashed right on top of Blaze. "AHHH!!" Sakura screamed as she pinned her to the ground. Their faces were nearly close to each other then Sakura said "Oh, oh my god, I-I'm so sorry Blaze. Wow, you looked really better up close, I-I mean-" "Uhh, w-what just h-happened?" asked Blaze.
She saw Sakura shocked then laugh nervously and Blaze's face was inches close to hers. She's still confused then Athena came worried and asked "Oh my goodness! Are you girls O... K? Well this is... awkward." The male Dragons caught up and saw Sakura pinned Blaze to the ground. "Umm... What's going on? And also, why is Sakura kissing Blaze?" asked Crystal. When Blaze heared about this, she was shocked in embarrassment, then she got up quickly and shouted "W-WHAT!! N-NO!! W-WE WEREN'T KISSING CRYSTAL, YOU KNOW THAT!!!"
"Then, why are you blushing Blaze?" asked Prisma confused. "THAT'S BECAUSE I'M NOT, PRISMA!!" yelled Blaze, still blushing furiously while grabbing Prisma's neck. "Alright, that enough fighting you two. Now come on. We got some visitors from Everblade, so remember behave yourselves." said Athena.
The Dragons followed Athena, but Blaze can't stop thinking about 'the incident' that happened to her, while Sakura was actually enjoyed it then giggled "Hihihih, that was actually kinda fun. We should do that again sometime-" "NO, NO, NO, NO!!! DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT 'THE INCIDENT' SAKURA, GOT IT!?" answered Blaze while pointing at her. "Alright alright, I won't~" said Sakura rolling her eyes. "W-why did you answer my question like that, Sakura?" asked Blaze confused. Sakura gave Blaze a smirk on her face then replied "Oh, it's nothing Blaze~ Hihihih~"
