Sakura's Quest

Chapter 5 : Sakura's Quest Begins

"What!?" answered Athena and the Dragons in shocked. "Since I'm the descendant to the crown, it's my duty to go back to my kingdom and reclaim my title as the Ruler of Everblade." protested Sakura. Hearing this Blaze came close and grabbed Sakura's left arm and said "Well uhh... If she's going to Eveblade, then I'm going there with her."

"Why? So that we can do 'The Incident' again before I leave? Is that what you're saying, Blaze? Hm..." teased Sakura with a smirk. Hearing this, Blaze blushed then said furiously "W-What!? N-No!! And I told you Sakura to not talk about 'The Incident' again!! I-I just wanted to protect you 'cause who knows what kind of trouble you might get into, That's why!"

"Sure, sure that's why~" said Sakura sarcasticly. "SAKURA!!! STOP ANSWERING ME LIKE THAT!!!" yelled Blaze, still blushing in embarrassment. "Well, if you girls are going to Everblade on your own, you have to be careful." said Athena cautiously "How come??" asked Sakura curiously. Then, Athena showed the girls a map of Everblade she had in her satchel.

"Because, according to this map, the journey through Everblade is full of dangerous events and its Heart is very far away from Freshwater Valley, but I know a shortcut. So first, you have to climb to the top of the cold Northern Mountain. Then, you have to get across the fiery hot Wiltered Forest. After that, you had to get through the spooky Haunted Caverns. And finally, you had to get across the rushing waters of Crystal River."

"But on the way, you must collect the Everblade's Crystal shards to prove that you're determined, passionated, brave, loyal and willing enough to earn the title as the new Ruler of Everblade. Once you collect all of the shards, wear it on your neck and show it to King Drex and his family to prove that you're his real descendant."

"Mountain climbing? Forest? Spooky cave and wild rivers?? I wanna come too!" shouted Prisma. "Me too, those sounded really cool." said Crystal. "And like Athena said, really dangerous. Maybe I should go as well, to keep Prisma and Crystal safe." said Lightning. Then Sakura turned to Athena and said "Athena, you should come as well. You pretty much know everything about Everblade, why not come with us?" Athena was hesitant and answered "I-I can't come with you."

"Aww, but why??" asked Sakura. "Because someone has to look over Freshwater Valley while I was away, that's why." said Athena sarcasticly. "Don't worry, Blaze and I had it covered." said Lightning confidently. "We made special statues so whoever is tresspassing here, they'll move on their own and scared them away." "Smart, now come on. It's Adventure Time!!" shouted Prisma.

So Athena and the Dragons packed their things in their bags and satchels then set out on a quest to the Heart of Eveblade. But what they don't know is what kind of dangerous events they might encounter. But with Sakura's determination, they'll be able to get to Everblade's Heart to prove herself as a New Ruler of Everblade.
