you made your way back to jujutsu high.
when you arrived on campus, you saw satoru waiting outside.

"hey, y/n!"

you walked to him, fighting sleep.

"hey gojo. how've you been?"

you yawned, causing a concerned expression to grow on satoru's face.

"had to fight another curse, hm?"

you nodded in response.

"how 'bout you just take the day off tomorrow, okay?"

you perked up, shaking your head.

"no, i'll be fine! i just need to sleep a bit, that's all"

satoru then swept you up in his arms, causing you to yelp.

"nope, you need the day off. if you don't, i'll probably find you sleeping on a road somewhere"

"but-!"

"if you're worried about the kids, don't be! they're pretty strong for first years. plus, i've dealt with them longer than you have!"

you went to respond, but satoru spoke before you could.

"i'll handle the curses for you tomorrow, as well! i'm the strongest, so you don't have to worry about me getting hurt"

satoru walked into your room, setting you on the bed.

"seriously.."

he tucked you in as he smiled.

"sleep well, y/n! see you tomorrow!"

satoru left, leaving you to your thoughts as you drifted to sleep.
