you wandered outside of jujutsu high, attempting to find something to do. it was sunday. people were usually out fighting curses or sleeping in their rooms.

you shoved your hands into the pockets of your uniform as you sighed.
'so bored...i wonder if maki's able to train me today..' you thought, heading to the field. sure enough, maki was there, along with panda and toge.

you also happened to see megumi, causing your heart to race. you didn't know what made megumi so likeable.

could it be his demon dogs? could it be how his dark eyes glisten in the sunlight? could it be his fighting spirit?

'he's just very megumi, i guess'
you mentally cringed at your thought as you headed towards maki. you waved to panda and toge as you did so.

maki turned to you, a small smile etching onto her face.

"hey l/n"

she pointed her cursed weapon towards you, causing you to let out a small yelp.

"i didn't expect you to show up for training today. nonetheless, you can join megumi and i. we're just working on hand-to-hand combat"

you nodded. you began stretching and warming up your body for a few minutes before actually starting.
