time skip - three months
three months after jace peer pressured harry into taking acid louis made it his goal to look after harry at every party so it wouldn't happen again. he let him drink after doing research on drug addicts but weed was a no.
during those three months harry and louis have gotten closer. they had sleepovers every friday where they would cuddle and watch movies until they fell asleep.
louis started wearing his cute outfits to school and didn't get any bad things said about it.
louis and jace had a long talk and they were back to being the perfect couple.
harry started to work out. ever since he relapsed he's been having cravings for more and he decided in order to distract himself he would start working out.
now it was two days before prom.
"i found a dress" louis said at lunch
"really? what does it look like?" zayn asked
"not telling" louis smiled "you'll see on saturday"
"it's really pretty" jace said
"he gets to see it?" niall asked annoyed
"duh hes my date he has to match his tie with my dress" louis said
"well what color is it at least" harry said
"light pink" louis said
"pretty" harry smiled "you'll look good in pink"
"thank you" louis blushed
louis missed it but harry didn't. jace glared at harry, practically sending daggers towards him. and apparently he wasn't the only one who saw.
"damn if looks could kill you'd be bleeding out on the cafeteria floor" liam whispered in harry's ear
harry stifled a laugh and nodded.
they finished their food and went on with their day.
the next day was friday so that meant sleepover.
"hey lou are you staying at my house or am i staying at yours?" harry asked when it was just the two of them
"actually i'm going to have to rain check" louis said apologeticly "jace asked if i wanted to have dinner and then stay at his house since his parents are out of town"
"oh" harry said "that's fine i'll see you tomorrow though right?"
"well duh it's prom" louis grinned
harry laughed and hugged louis goodbye.
"cant wait to see your dress" harry said
"you'll love it" louis said
harry walked away to get in liam's car to go home.
"i really need to get a car" harry groaned when he got in
"why don't you?" liam asked
"don't have money" harry shrugged
"didnt your parents give you an allowance when we were younger? you should have enough" liam said
"they um had to dip into it for something and it was really expensive" harry said
"harry what's going on? ever since you got back it seems like you and louis have been lying about something. you can trust us" liam said "i don't want to pry or make you feel like you have to tell me i just know you're keeping something from us"
