after prom they all went to louis' house to have a sleepover. they did make sure that none of the boys drank their drinks because of what jace did.
"so care to explain why you guys took our drinks and threw them out without telling us anything?" zayn asked later that night
harry sighed "yea just give me a minute"
louis took his hand and intertwined their fingers to comfort his bestfriend.
harry looked at louis and gave him a smile meaning he was okay to tell them.
harry told them what happened when he was in california and why he stopped talking to louis. he was nervous but these were his friends and they accepted him when he came back so he wasn't too nervous.
"oh harry i'm so sorry that happened" niall said getting up to hug him
harry hugged him and and mumbled a 'it's okay i'm better now'
niall let go and gave him a sad smile.
"i'm sorry but how is that relevant to our drinks getting thrown out?" liam asked
"liam don't be a dick" louis snapped
"he's not it's okay" harry told louis
louis sighed and nodded. he was still pissed off from what jace did.
"so i don't know when he did it but jace put a drug into one of your drinks thinking it was mine. he heard louis and i talking about my addiction at that first party and decided to ruin my life so louis would stop hanging around me. when i went to the bathroom tonight he followed me and started saying how i need to stay away from louis because i'll just get him into drugs and shit. kept calling me a junkie and then louis walked in and jace confessed what he did" harry explained
"i broke up with him" louis added
"good for you lou" zayn smiled
"oh don't forget that he made you take acid and ruin your sobriety" louis said angrily
"he did what?" liam asked
"at that party he asked if i wanted to go to the bathroom and in there he basically forced me to take acid. i was two years clean and now it's all fucked up" harry said
"i'm going to kill him" liam said
"i'll help you" louis said
"there will be no killing. he'll get his karma when the time comes" harry said
liam and louis both sighed. liam wanted to drive to jaces house and punch the living shit out of him. louis wanted to actually kill him.
"you don't think he'll tell coach do you?" liam asked
"if he does coach would probably drug test me and see that i'm clean. there's no proof of me doing drugs for three months now" harry said
liam nodded "we could get him kicked off the team. there's a no bullying or harassment policy"
"no just because he tried to ruin my life doesn't mean we have to actually ruin his. like i said, he'll get his karma" harry said
they all nodded and decided to watch a movie.
in the middle of the movie louis said he was tired so he went up to bed. five minutes later harry went up too. leaving the three other boys to finish the movie.
"lou are you awake?" harry whispered
"yea" louis said
harry put on a pair of sweatpants and got into louis' bed.
"i'm proud of you" louis said
"i'm proud of me too" harry smiled
they were facing eachother only being able to see from the street lights from outside.
"even if shit happened you are still two years clean in my eyes" louis said
"thank you but you know that's not how it works right?" harry asked
"yea" louis giggled "but it has to count for something"
harry chuckled and nodded "i'm sorry you had to break up with him"
"it's okay" louis shrugged "it was bound to happen anyway"
"why do you say that?" harry asked
"he wasn't a good boyfriend really. he did love me but he didn't do the small things that really counts ya know? and the dick wasn't that good" louis said
harry had to hold back a cackle from that "really? was it small?"
"oh my god yea" louis said "couldn't even feel it"
harry chuckled "you'll get your prince charming"
"yea" louis sighed "but for now i have you"
harry smiled and caressed louis' cheek. he felt this warmth in his chest just from looking at his bestfriend. he knew he loved him.
"i'm glad i can be your prince charming for right now" harry said
louis smiled "and i'll be your snow white for right now"
harry smiled and grabbed to louis to cuddle him properly.
"you know i love you right?" louis asked after a few minutes
"i do" harry nodded "and i love you too"
louis smiled and hugged harry closer, listening to his heartbeat.
harry stayed awake until he heard louis' light snores. he kissed the top of his head and sighed.
"i hope i'm your prince charming for forever" harry whispered
