"what?" harry said
"not right now but i'm ready to take it to the next step with you" louis said
"we've only been dating for a few days" harry said slowly
"yea i know but we've been together for technically a few weeks" louis said
"lou, babe i'm not ready nor do i think we're ready to take it to that level" harry said
louis thought about it and nodded "yea i guess you're right" he sighed
"hey don't be upset i'm just not ready" harry said getting closer to louis
"i would never be upset about that harry" louis smiled "i think i'm just horny"
harry chuckled and kissed louis' cheek.
"so you said the whole day was a date?" louis asked
"yea! i was thinking we could bring the boys to the pier and have fun. not necessarily a date but being with you is a date to me" harry said
louis smiled "i like that"
"i'm glad because i already texted them and liam is coming to get us in an hour" harry said
"what? oh my god i need to find a cute swimsuit and shave my legs" louis said standing up
"sorry!" harry called after him as louis ran up the steps
"it's fine!" louis yelled back and sprinted up the stairs
he got to his room and rummaged through all his feminine clothing that he bought a few months ago. he found this one bikini that still had the tag on it. it was baby blue and it made his eyes pop in the dressing room.
he took it with him to the bathroom and hopped in the shower to shave.
he took almost 35 minutes in the shower and used the rest of the time to paint his toe nails white.
he walked downstairs with one of harry's t shirts over his swimsuit and saw harry in a pair of swim trunks and a t shirt as well.
"hey they're gonna be here any second are you ready?" harry asked
"yea i just need to find my mums tanning lotion and sunscreen and then we can go" louis said as he walked into the downstairs bathroom where they keep the lotions
"okay. i cut up some fruit and filled waterbottles for us" harry said
"okay cool" louis said as he walked out with the bottles in his hands "is anyone bringing alcohol?"
"i think zayn said he would" harry said
"someone is gonna stay sober to drive us back right?" louis asked
"yea liam and i are going to. liam is just a safety net in case i decide i want a few" harry said
louis nodded and skipped to the door when he heard a car honking.
"come on slow poke!" louis yelled as he opened the door
harry chuckled and walked out behind louis and locked the house up.
"hey" louis smiled as he hopped into liam's car
"hey lou" liam said "are you guys ready?"
"yea. where's zayn?" harry asked
"said he'd meet us there" niall said shrugging
they drove to the coast and saw zayn standing in the parking lot with a couple bags.
